Owner’s Letter Dear Prospective Homeowner, Our home in Orange Hunt is a must see. The location is perfect for so many reasons. The area elementary, middle, and high schools are excellent schools with the high school among one of the best in the nation. The schools prepared our children so well, they all graduated from various college programs. When we decided to buy a house in Springfield, we needed a home that would fit our family of five. When we first walked in this house, we were amazed how big it was for our family. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood where neighbors look out for each other and one can join the Orange Hunt Estate Civic Association. It was wonderful to find a five bedroom with three full baths. Our children really liked the laundry chute, because there was no need to carry laundry baskets downstairs. The house has wonderful features like new siding, energy efficient doors, and updated triplepane windows that flip open so you never have to go outside and clean them. The new Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC) is very quiet and energy efficient. The house is upgraded on energy efficient insulation and appliances that energy bills are never an issue. With two sitting areas, there has always been plenty of room to entertain our friends. When we decide to entertain outside, there is plenty of seating on the multi-level deck. The upper deck feels like a private tree house. Even with the youngest children, everyone can safely relax outdoors. In the summer, the Orange Hunt pool is just a short walk down Bridlewood. It has several pools, tennis courts, and it offers other family activities. Our family loved it! Orange Hunt is also a great neighborhood for family walks with all the wonderful sidewalks. Commuting to work is easy with a Metro bus stop at the end of the driveway or using the Springfield Franconia Metro Station. Stores are so conveniently located for all your needs.
