FROM THE OWNERS: Dear Prospective Home Buyer, I have lived on June Street for the past 18 years and love living here! I am retiring and moving back home to Minnesota or I would live in this house for another 18 years. This is the only home I have ever owned. When I bought it, I had twenty minutes to decide whether I wanted it or not. There were already other contracts on the house and I needed to make a quick decision. I fell in love with it then and knew that I could be happy living here. It was the best decision I have ever made. The family room makes you feel like you are outside at a quiet retreat, 365 days a year. I wanted a home that was peaceful, and if I wanted, could accommodate a gathering of 50 people. It has provided both of those things over the years. I worked in the music business for many years and had groups of 50 people over for CD release parties. I have also had family and friends stay for extended visits because of the private downstairs guest room and bath. This house has served me well and I know it will do the same for you. It is the perfect family home and wonderful for pets too. The Crestwood community is a fantastic one. I was on the board of our Springfield Civic Association for many years and have a lot of respect for the people in this neighborhood. It is already a great place to live and the neighbors make it even better. Plus, the entrance to Lake Accotink is only a few blocks away. While this street is a very quiet one, it is still very close to everything. It is 5 minutes from 395/95 and Springfield Plaza, and less than 10 minutes away from the new Springfield Town Center and metro.
