Dear Prospective Purchaser, Welcome to your new home! I have so many things to tell you about this house that, I am not even sure where I can start. I know when I first was looking for homes, I was concerned about the parking situation when it comes to townhomes. I loved the fact that all the parking around here is open to everyone. It was great that the street was close to park at and that the church behind us would even let us park there every once in a while. The house is located in such a great location. During the summer we love walking over to Kingstown and checking out the shops, grabbing some ice cream or just catching a movie. Sometimes we would play a round of miniature golf or hit the pool. Once I started living here, I even canceled my gym membership because across the street I have a gym that has everything a regular gym has. I worked as a consultant for many years and every day I had to go to a different location, having a house to close to 495/ 395 and Fairfax county parkway was fantastic. I was a mile away from two metro stops with a bus stop location up the street. I had every option when it came to commuting. Plus the Kingstown area sends you a list every month with a list of carpools to certain areas. I lived alone for many years so I opted out for having a formal dining room and decided to make it all into one big living room with my big TV. I enjoyed it that way because sometimes when it did get to cold and I didn’t even want to cross the street, I had an open area to exercise. When I did have guests and was serving a meal, I had a kitchen that was big enough to fit people comfortably. I do have to say that I will miss my kitchen counter. I had friends come over and sit on the stools and I’d be in the kitchen chatting away, it was a great bonding moment. At one point I had made the basement into another bedroom but afterwards decided to have it as a studio to practice my photography. It’s a room that’s big enough to have different functionalities. I had updated the deck just because I did enjoy being out there and cooking out. During the summer its so peaceful to be back there. During the winter when the leaves from the trees fall off, you can see some of the lights from Kingstown and it looks so beautiful. I loved the fact that it was so peaceful too. Being a single woman, I would get nervous about walking home at night, but this neighborhood is so lite up at night that I don’t feel worried at all. I really liked that all the lights automatically come on at a certain time at night. There is no struggling to find the right key to put in the keyhole. I have lived here for so many years and I really am going to miss this place. The easy access to everything, the driving right into my garage if it’s raining so I don’t have to get wet, the fun times watching movies in the living room. I will always have so many memories of this place but now its time for your family to come in and create your own. You will honestly love this home and this area. Sincerely, Bonnie
