Dear Prospective Home Buyers, This condominium unit is perfectly situated to take advantage of living and working in the Washington, DC area. Throughout our residence here we have enjoyed the neighborhood of Friendship Heights as well as its connections to other DC neighborhoods and nearby Maryland. Friendship Heights is well connected southward to downtown DC and northward through Bethesda into Maryland via the Metro Red Line, with an entrance directly across Western Avenue from the Chase Point condominium building. After returning home from work we have been able to take advantage of the local shopping and restaurants without needing to use the car and brave the traffic. Two grocery stores, Giant and Whole Foods, are within a 5-minute walk; Giant is directly across the street and Whole Foods only a little farther. The local shopping ranges from affordable to high-end. Restaurants, likewise, are diverse. We have always been avid walkers, which for us opened up even more dining and shopping options. The Washington neighborhoods of Tenleytown and Chevy Chase, DC are within 1-mile and have their own local restaurant scenes. Downtown Bethesda is only a little farther, and we have often taken advantage of the proximity to its exciting shopping, dining, and night life. Currently, our family is growing, and we need additional space for our little one to run around. Otherwise, we would not want to leave Chase Point. Our neighbors have been friendly and helpful over the years. The amenities make our lives easier, including always having a fitness center to workout, always having someone to sign for our packages, and always being able to have our dry cleaning picked up for us. The Staff have been friendly, helpful, and stable, and it is always nice to have a familiar face greet us home.
