LETTER FROM THE OWNER Dear Prospective Home Buyer, My family has lived in the home on Round Lick Lane for the past 22 years. This Home and Community has been the most pleasurable life experience for our family. However; we are in our retirement years and it is time for us to downsize. We can truly say that this home truly felt like a home and not like a house. This home has a flow of warmth and charm which is a major appeal to us when we made a purchase decision on this home in 1996. The fondest memories were around the holiday season, gathering cozy around the fire place and holiday meals at the dining area. In late spring, summer, and early fall we enjoyed sitting out on the deck enjoying the lush wooden landscape reading the paper, having lite breakfast, lunch or cookout. Listening to the silence you can hear the various species of birds chirping, looking at the trees ..its like your own country hideaway. Sitting out on the Front Porch is another fond memory waving to neighbors watching the kids play. Aside from the home setting there are the neighbors. Our neighbors are like family. Everyone is warm and friendly…during the holidays we have several social events: Happy Holiday Party, 4 th of July cookout, Labor Day Party, Ice Cream Socials….But most importantly we all look out for each other everyone has everybody’s house keys for emergencies, feed the pet and get the mail while your away. The home on Round Lick Lane is our third home purchase and by far the friendliest community we experienced.
