FROM THE OWNER Dear Potential Buyer, Nine years ago I purchased this home with the hope of meeting someone get married and set up the type of home any prospect would feel safe and welcome. While the condition of the house was certainly not in good shape I was optimistic and always remembered the messages my parents taught was do your best to leave something better than when you found it! Whether that be your life friends or the world so that someone can never say you did not try! I would like to share with you some of the upgrades (some unforeseen) that I have made to the home that have totaled close to $70,000 dollars. On the outside of the house, new windows, sliding glass doors and capping/wrapping $15,000 dollars, Bay Windows wood replaced, soffit and new front door $4,600, new gutters and soffit front and back of the house $2,500, new backyard fence and gate on the property line $1,350, new landscaped backyard $1,400, resurfaced the wood and painted the deck $2,000 and new plumbing for the water $2,860. On the inside of the house I have upgraded the kitchen with new cabinets and appliances $10,000, new bathrooms on all three levels $10k+, new Hardwood floors $4,400, new carpet upstairs $2,700, repainting of the entire house $5,000, new gas furnace $4,400 and some more items. As you can see, while I am not a perfect person, I tried to follow my parents my parent’s message to make things better for people in life and I hope you would see that in my effort. Lastly, I would like to share with you some of the things I like about the location of this home. First is the drive down Hunter Village Drive (don't speed) when everything is in bloom. It is beautiful to see with all of the trees on both sides of the road. Also, the location is close to I-95. While not hearing any traffic and most importantly, close to my favorite golf course. If you decide to take short or long walks you have wooded trails and safe roads to spend some time with each other or in reflection. My hope is that you will enjoy the house as much as I enjoyed the house. Sincerely, Martin J. Heath
