Crosspointe The community of Crosspointe is a 5,000 resident residential area in Fairfax Station that features wide streets and two community pools. Crosspointe has over 1,400 homes and a plethora of green space. The neighborhood is close to several shopping centers in Fairfax Station and nearby Burke. Some of the nearby highlights include the South Run Community Center which featues an indoor pool, workout room, raquetball, dog park, and several outdoor sports fields. Lake Mercer and Burke Lake are also nearby and are a great escape to nature.

Owner’s Letter Dear Prospective Purchaser, Welcome to your new home! There are so many great things about this home that I will not be able to explain them all, so I will mention just a few that stood out to us. The flow of the home was terrific. No one felt boxed in or left out and yet there was still plenty of privacy. The kitchen was remodeled to make it user friendly and connected with the breakfast room and family room. The deck with privacy woods allowed for many relaxing meals outside. We loved this closeness to nature while being near the city. The basement was used as a movie theater, Wii, study, and fitness room. With the kitchenette, it made movie time great! And with us being big on fitness, this was a nice place to work out. Upstairs with the remodeled bathrooms which include water efficiency, comfort height toilets with no slam lids made a lot of happy people not hearing toilet lids go boom in the middle of the night and early morning. Speaking of quiet, the whisper quiet garage door opener let my husband go to work in the morning without waking me or our daughter up which was also very nice. And then there is the location! Short commute to any of the major business centers, within minutes of great shopping, and the schools less than a few miles away. We loved the short commutes! Finally, my husband loved the low electric, gas, and water bills since we replaced the windows and installed high efficiency toilets. Both of the changes made the house more comfortable, energy efficient, and cheaper to live in! You can't beat that! It will be hard saying goodbye to all the great memories we have amassed from the kid's sleepover's in the basement, meals on the deck, and family time in the living room to name a few, but we do look forward to another family coming in and creating their own new memories in the wonderful home!
