Formed in 2004 Neo has achieved numerous successes in design awards both for aesthetics and technical achievements. Traditional hotels tend to ignore the theme or concentrate on their name branding only. However, distinctive theme features can improve the competitiveness of the hotel and open more marketing possibilities by giving its clients a creative and unique hotel experience. A theme can relate to a landmark or environment or perhaps a color or fashion. Some exapmples are Disneyland Hotels, Hermes & Versace, an Eco / Health resort, There are a growing number of Art Themed hotels showcasing local and international art throughout the property.
