In a ceremony held in the State Capital of respective states, Mr. Lok Bahadur Bhandari, National Coordinator of Nepal Scouts, conferred the Scout Investiture Ceremony to Hon’ble State Scouts Patron and Hon’ble State Chief Scout. The newly appointed Provincial Scout Advisor, Provincial Scout Coordinator and members were administered the oath and secrecy by the Chief Scout.
