PEOPLES PARTICIPATION: MAIN PROBLEMS There is shortage of medical staff in dispensary since last 1.5 Years . There is shortage of edn staff in Hogh School. There is an old accomodation for the Primary School, Alsindi which is dangerous for the children. There is poison plants (namely Ful Lakri ) in the forests/grazing lands feeding of which causes death of cattle. There is an old Rest House building of PWD which is not able to live there. There is no accomodation for Temple dev deogi (Alsindi), Community Hall, Youth club and Mahila Mandal. There is shortage of link roads. The condition of paths is poor. There is shortage of irrigated water in the area. There is huge problem of fire hazards in the forest areas.
SUGGESTION FOR IMPROVEMENT PHC be opened in the village and adequate staff be posted. Adequate education staff be posted to the School.
PEOPLES PRIORITIES
Top Priority.
New accomodation for the Primary school is required. Removal of Ful Lakari is urgently required. The building is required to be re-constructed. Govt accomodation for all these communities is required. Link roads are required (Alsidi to Naglota -2.5Kms), Maintenance of village paths is required. Irrigated water scheme can be brought from Taroz to Alsindi by lift at height of 1.5Kms. All people including Gaddis be educated regarding loss by fire and profits of forests by seminars in the villages.
