PEOPLES PARTICIPATION: MAIN PROBLEMS There is no link road to Nager and Tharwa villages. There is no provision of cremotorium and Dhobighat for the villagers. There is shortage of irrigation water . No claims were given to the villagers of Sheel village for the loss created by sliding during 2005 by breakage of IPH Pipeline. Condition of village paths is very poor. There is shortage of educational staff in the school. Healthcare system for cattle and human in the whole micro watershed is not available. Works done by Gram Panchayat under various scheme are not as per specification and there is a huge misuse of govt funds.

SUGGESTION FOR IMPROVEMENT Link road be made to join the villages to main roads. Central Cremotorium and Dhobighat be made for the villagers. Irrigation water be supplied from Nager Khad at approx 4 Kms span by Kuhl to fecilitate approx 8 villagers. Claims to be given to the people whose property was damaged due to sliding. Maintenance of village paths be done on priority. Adequate staff be posted to the school to educate the childreen Veterinary and dispensary be provided to the villagers at least at Deem with doctor/Phermasist and adequate medicines. Checking of the works done by Gram Panchayat under various schemes be done by a comitte of third party or RTI.
