SUGGESTIONS

People requires extention of more MFPs in the area.

PEOPLES PARTICIPATION: MAIN PROBLEMS

The system and climate is changing day by day. There is no Horticulture/Agriculture department office nearby for guidence of the farmers.

SUGGESTION FOR IMPROVEMENT Water be supplied from Sawari Khad/Dalan Khad/Bhaira Khad/Satluj by lift and stored at heights for proper distribution. Forests be raised on the blank forest land as well as blank private land. Staff be posted to the schools as per authorisation. Doctor be posted to the vaterinary and a Ayurvadic dispensary be opened in the nearest areas. All the natural resources of water be repaired and storage tanks be made on the resources. Repair and maintenance of the village paths is required. All the Polyhouses be stopped and plantation be increased to avoid polluting the environment. Horticulture/Agriculture departments to manage camps in the local villages for guidance of the locals.

Stray cattles are in huge scale and destroys the crops of the villagers.

Tagging and proper management for the stray cattle be done.

There is no facility of higher education in the Kotgarh area. The grade of hospital at Kotgarh is not as per the population depended on the same. The post of DFO at Kotgarh is vacant since a long time which is effecting the management of forests.

A college be opened at Kotgarh.

Shortage of drinking and irrigated water exists. Shhortage of wood for cremation and fuel exist. There is shortage of education staff in the schools. There is no doctor in vaterinary and there is no dispensary for the human healthcare. Natural resources of water are in poor condition and minimising day by day. Condition of village paths is poor.

The hopsital be upgraded with postings of more doctors. DFO be posted to Kotgarh Forest Division immediately.
