EXISTING NAME Chhinchar Ashwagandha Aloevera Tirmur Jamun Bhekal Gloe Guchhi Kashmal

SUGGESTIONS

Extensions of MFPs in forest and training camps are required.

PEOPLES PARTICIPATION: MAIN PROBLEMS Huge HT lines crossing over the MWS are causing high temperature, drying land of villagers and are dangerous for life and property. Global warming is increasing day by day due to huge constr works in the area. Natural sources of water in the vill disturbed due to heavy blasting in Project area in front of MWS. Pollution destroyed all the crops of villagers. Decreasing of water level in Satluj River is increasing temperature. The condition of village paths and water resources is poor.

Rates of electricity for the people of Himachal are very high whereas maximum electricity is being generated on the land and rivers of Himachal. A lot of cracks in houses of villagers have been caused by heavy blasting in 412MW Rampur HEP. COSTING: TABLES COST

TABLE 3 4195500

TABLE 4 902880

SUGGESTION FOR IMPROVEMENT

Coridor system for HT lines be adopted. Plantation be done in all the blank areas. Drinking and irrigated water be managed immediately. Claims to be given to people for their losses caused by 412MW Rampur HEP. 25% of water be left in the Satluj river regularily. Maintenance of village paths and natural water resources is required. Rates of electricity for people of Himachal Pradesh be reduced as maximum sources of elect are created on the land and rivers of HP and causing huge loss to locals. Claims to be given to people for their losses caused by 412 MW Rampur HEP.
