MINOR FOREST PRODUCTS (MFP) MINOR FOREST PRODUCTS Patish Karu Hathpanja Mohra Chora Narbishi Kashmal Bhekal Tirmur Guchhi Discoria Dhoop Kuth
EXISTING NAME Patish Karu Hathpanja Mohra Chora Narbishi Kashmal Bhekal Tirmur Guchhi Discoria Dhoop Kuth
SUGGESTIONS
People be educated technically about the MFPs.
PEOPLES PARTICIPATION: MAIN PROBLEMS All the villages are not connected with the roads hence the people face carriage problem. Drinking and irrigated water shortage is faced in most of the areas. Vaterinary is not available in the nearest area i.e. 8 Kms away from the villages. Health care system for men is of very low category. Problem of higher education is faced in the area. No common toilets are held in the villlages. Drainage system for rain water is not held in any of the village. The condition of village paths is very poor. There is no shelter at cremotorium site. Heavy transmission line of electricity are destroying the forests as well as crops of the public. Carriage of daily needs is the main problem as the Road is much far from the villages.
SUGGESTION FOR IMPROVEMENT Link roads be made fro Chaunda to Taranda (4 Kms), Chaunda to Taranda Rest House via Nanspo(5 Kms). Drinking and irrigated water scheme be given from Khurgo Purgo to Tranda village at distance of 9 Kms covering four villages. Approx fifteen drinking and irrigated water storage tanks be made.
PEOPLES PRIORITIES
Vaterinary be opened in the nearest and Central point for getting timely services. Existing PHC be upgraded to Hospital having 5 beds and sufficient staff and medicines. Existing Middle School be upgraded to High School. Common toilets be made in each villages.
Priority.
Proper drainage of rain water be made in all the villages. Maintenance of village paths is required. Rain shed be made at cremotorium site.
Improved system for transmission lines be adopted to save the nature. Span with Electric Motor be provided from NH 22 to Tranda village, Kanda to Taranda, Thanacha to NH 22 and Kutangi to Ghushani Tranda Road.
