Grow yourself, your relationship and your intimacy
Words PAULINE RYELAND
Some people have experienced the worst year of their lives and others the best. Relationships have either flourished or floundered. Single people in particular have really missed general connection and touch.

No matter what you’ve experienced this year, it’s important to reflect on what didn’t work and how you could do things differently. As we go into the holiday season, it’s a great time if you’re in a relationship to reconnect with your partner, dive a little deeper and start having the conversations that will enable you to connect more.
It’s important to have individual and combined goals to move yourselves forward.
For single people it’s important to look at why you’re choosing to be single, what’s holding you back and perhaps do some work around clearing some of the limiting beliefs that you have chosen to be true.
Where on a scale out of 10 is your relationship, intimacy, connection and sex? If it’s only very low then perhaps it’s time to look at why that is and what you can do about it.
Remember your sexual energy is your life force, and whether single or in a relationship, if you are not activating it, you cannot be in flow in all areas of life.
