March 2015 saw the completion of the Affordable Homes Programme (AHP) 2011-15.

We handed over the keys to 105 new properties during the last financial year across New Charter Group. As well as completing the properties in the table below, last year, we also started construction on a further 4 schemes that will eventually give the group an additional 70 properties and we are currently seeking planning permission for a further 4 developments delivering 75 new properties. We have a current pipeline of over 1,500 potential new homes on 31 separate sites across Greater Manchester.
