On the 12/3/13 I went to see one direction in concert in the O2, dublin! As we entered the O2 we were welcomed by nice staff and was offered drinks and food etc. , they were very nice and a plessure to talk to! We were so excited to see Harry, Niall , Liam , Louis and zayn. The crowd was huge and it Definetly was full to the brim. Our seats were really close and we could see the boys perfectically, the music was great and we knew all the words to the songs, Roisin and I still couldn't get over the fact that we were in the same room as them. My overall experience was brilliant because they sang even better live , we had such a great time , the opening act was great , we saw loads of people we knew and got to catch up, the traffic wasn't too bad afterwards! I would recommend going again as it was the best night of my life! By EimĂŠar O'Flaherty

5 fashion must haves for 2013 1, An Embellished Sweater is first on our list. These sweaters are as far from simple, wether you're in shimmering sequins, or edgy studs, these cozy yet glamorous sweaters will keep you fashionable and comfortable. Get prepared to let the compliments come pouring in. 2, riding boots. Even if horses aren't your thing, rising boots are definitely a wardrobe must have this year. The create slim lines and elongate your legs. Which means there is a boot out there for everyone. 3, emerald nails. Pantone declared emerald the colour of the year, and why wouldn't they, this lush green is a total stunner. Reds, purples and metallics are what we usually see this year so don't be afraid to go bold. Whether you prefer matte polishes or glittery accents, you just can’t go wrong with this gorgeous shade. 4, something leather. This classic look can make a normal, everyday outfit into a exciting, evening design. Even if its a clutch or fun cuff a simple leather piece can take your outfit to the next level. 5, some spiky jewellery. You don't have to be a motorbike aficionado to rock this look but it sure gives and otherwise-average outfit a touch of edge. They don't just go with a leather jacket and combat boots, this outrageous style looks especially stunning with girly or more classic looks, like a lacy top and a no-nonsense blazer with a spiked cuff. So will you be updating your wardrobe this yet with these inexpensive, stunning features to pull off and overall beautiful outfit? By Eve Murphy

A Good Day to Die Hard Directed by: John Moore Starring: Bruce Willis, Jai Courtney and Sebastian Koch Stars:

Review Bruce Willis is off to Moscow to save his son, John McClane Jnr. from some trouble that he doesn't fully understand. Once he gets there, both John Snr and John Jnr are dropped right into the deep end, when bad guys attempt to kill them along with Komarov (Sebastian Koch), the only witness to their evil plans. The villain's plot is vague at best, involving politicians who seem to want to be international terrorists, with no thought given to any kind of reasoning behind it. The story plops along lamely, shoot bad guys, shoot more bad guys, have moment of understanding with crazy son here, then kill the big helicopter boss. The dialogue is lazy and pointless; with Willis exclaiming "I'm on vacation!" at least ten times throughout the movie's short running time.

NEW POPE Jorge Mario Bergoglio was elected the 266th Pontiff on Wednesday night, March 12th during the Conclave of Cardinals in the Sistine Chapel in the Vatican in Rome. He has chosen to become the first Pope Francis which is seen as a tribute to St. Francis of Assisi, the 13th century reformer who lived in poverty and heard a voice that challenged him to ‘’rebuild the church’. The 76 year old is a Jesuit priest and is Latin America’s first ever Pope. He is the son of an immigrant Italian railway worker from Argentina and is a trained chemist himself. When he was a teenager aged 16, Pope Francis had one of his lungs removed due to an infection. Pope Francis is a humble man and often took the bus like any normal person. When he was installed as Archbishop of Buenos Aires in 1998 he chose to live in a modest apartment, rather than the Archbishop’s palace. In 2005 he trailed second in every ballot to Pope Benedict XVI. His time was soon to come. On Wednesday night at around 7:00pm Pope Francis appeared out of the balcony of St. Peters Bascilica. The crowd reacted straight away cheering and waving up at him from the square below. The first Jesuit pope has been

The Food Pyramid The Food Pyramid is a representation of a balanced diet and healthy eating

Carbohydrates are one of the most important servings to have and we should have at least six servings a day and are good for energy. Fruit and vegetable are next on the pyramid and we should have at least 5 servings a day. After that come dairy products, we need them to grow teeth and bones with at least 3 servings a day. Then we have our meat or fish, they contain protein, needed for muscles, so we should have at least 2 servings a day. Finally we have our sweets and crisps which we should only have rarely along with oils that can keep our skin healthy.
