Within easy reach of the medieval town centre, with its cobbled lanes, delightful riverside parks, heritage buildings and contemporary shopping districts, Autumn Brook brings the best of modern living to a charming market town with a long and rich history. The new homes enjoy an enviable location on the northern fringes of the town, just a stone’s throw from the glorious Shropshire countryside, and there’s everything home-hunters could want for day-to-day living right on the doorstep, including a choice of schools and local shops just a short walk away. On the banks of the picturesque River Severn, Shrewsbury boasts over 600 historic listed buildings, including quaint timber framed buildings from the 15th and 16th century, reflecting the town’s heritage as a major centre in the wool trade. Today, Shrewsbury is a bustling centre for shopping and commerce, with all the amenities needed for modern life, including major supermarkets and big high street names plus a rich variety of leisure, entertainment and sporting facilities. Peaceful river cruises along the Severn can be taken from the Victoria Quayside in Shrewsbury, while nearby Quarry Park with its 29-acres of gardens and parkland is the perfect place to relax, enjoy walks or picnic. Meanwhile, for those travelling further afield, great transport links mean that Birmingham can be reached in under an hour by train, and is just a short drive away via the M54 and the M6.

The illustration shows a typical Taylor Wimpey home of this type, but there are, however variances from site to site. External materials, finishes, landscaping and the position of garages, (where provided) may vary throughout the development. Properties may also be built handed (mirror image).
