Main bathrooms contain a generous bath with a chrome mixer filler. Each bathroom and en suite includes a chrome towel rail, and several attractive ceramic tiling options are available¹.

An unvented heating cylinder provides mains pressure hot water, and plumbing for your own washing machine is provided, with both hot and cold feeds.

Wall & Floor Finishes A range of high quality ceramic tiling is available to choose from when purchasing at build stage, and fitted to the kitchen, bathroom, en suite, cloakroom and utility room where applicable². Chrome tile trim is included to external corners as standard. All skirtings, architraves and window boards are white painted MDF, and a choice of paint colour is available for internal walls¹.

Electrical

All external doors are designed to Part M building regulation standard and are fitted with chrome plated furniture. Where relevant, external french, bi-fold and garage doors meet ‘Secured by Design’ standards.

Interlinked 240v smoke detectors with battery back-up are fitted to ceilings of halls and landings, and an alarm system with PIR detectors and door contacts offers optimal security.

Energy Efficiency An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is provided for each home, and PVCu double glazed windows are fitted throughout. Energy saving pendant lighting is included to halls and landings.
