After 3.5 miles take the A34 exit and then the 2nd exit of the roundabout towards Kidsgrove. Drive 1.5 miles (crossing straight over one roundabout) before taking the left turn onto A5011, and then the first right onto Western Avenue. Turn right at the roundabout with the development now in sight, the entrance is just on your left.
