Take the A52 out of Derby towards Nottingham and then take the A6096 towards Ilkeston. Follow this road until you reach Ilkeston and a large roundabout. At this roundabout you need to take the second exit onto Chalons Way (A6007), at the next roundabout take the second exit and follow the road to the next roundabout. Take the second exit onto Bath Street/Heanor Road. Follow this road for a short distance and the development can be found on your left hand side.
