Exit the A1 (M) at junction 60 to join the A689, following signs for Bishop Auckland. Around two miles on, at the Rushyford roundabout, take the second exit, following signs for Bishop Auckland and Shildon. Pass the Eden Arms Hotel on the left, then turn left at the roundabout to join Midridge Road. Carry on for around a mile, passing the golf course on the left. At the next roundabout, take the first exit, following signs for Woodham, and continue along Burnhill Way for around a mile. At the roundabout, take the third exit to enter Cobblers Hall Road, then take the first right into Rope Moor Way. Cobblers Hall is on the right, just over 50 yards on.
