Sherfield Park, Basingstoke

Ideally located, Sherfield Park is situated to the north east M4 junction 11. Basingstoke Station is 4.5 miles away with London Waterloo approximately 50 minutes by rail. Southampton Airport is just 26 miles to the south. Nearby Sherfield on Loddon is a picturesque village, with local post office, shop, public houses and village green. Eastrop Park with its boating lake, tree trail, children’s play area and the River Loddon, offers the chance to relax and enjoy green open spaces and observe wildlife. Basingstoke town centre offers an extensive range of leisure and shopping facilities with an abundance of specialist and high street stores.

Finding your way By Rail The nearest main line station is Basingstoke Station, which is only a 10 minute taxi journey away.

By Road Situated on the A33 and close to the M3 and M4, Sherfield Park is easily accessed via the UK motorway network.

From the M3 Exit at Junction 6 (signposted Basingstoke) and join the A339. Continue along the A339 for approximately 1 mile, by-passing the town centre, and leave by the slip road. At the roundabout take the second exit to join the A33 (signposted Chineham, Reading). Travel along the A33 for approximately 2 miles, travelling straight across two roundabouts, and at the third take the first exit onto Gaiger Avenue. Continue along Gaiger Avenue to the roundabout and turn left into Rockbourne Road and follow through to the sales centre.

From the M4 Exit at Junction 11 (signposted Basingstoke) and join the A33. Continue along the A33 for approximately 10 miles, travelling straight across three roundabouts, and at the fourth take the second exit onto Gaiger Avenue. Continue along Gaiger Avenue to the roundabout and turn left into Rockbourne Road and follow through to the sales centre.
