Arranged around a private gated courtyard, this superb collection of just 13, four bedroom classic townhouses all benefit from private terraces, secluded courtyard gardens and dedicated off-street parking. Each residence is arranged over four floors, with spacious living areas throughout, including a dressing room to the master bedroom, two ensuites and a family bathroom. Some properties boast expansive bi-fold doors that seamlessly integrate the garden into the home, offering the opportunity to enjoy relaxed modern city living within a tranquil setting. Each featuring stunning interiors by celebrated designer Martin Goddard, these family homes are the epitome of St James’ exceptional quality and award-winning design. Hurlingham Gate is in a perfect location, within a short stroll of the New King’s Road and just two miles from Chelsea. Parsons Green station is 0.7 miles away, taking you into central London in approximately 15 minutes. With excellent local amenities, it offers an idyllic setting for both family life and stylish entertaining. St James is launching the first of this three phase development with the desirable Hurlingham Gate. The second phase, Hurlingham Walk, will be a collection of 68 apartments set amongst spectacular landscaping and all benefiting from a superior specification and private basement parking. The whole scheme will provide 149 new homes and is part of the wider regeneration of South Fulham Riverside.

Less than five miles from the centre of London, Hurlingham Gate is perfectly positioned to enjoy all that Fulham has to offer. Surrounded by pockets of parkland, Hurlingham Gate is well served by local amenities in nearby Parsons Green, while there is a wealth of fashionable shops, bars and restaurants on the New King’s Road and the Fulham Road beyond. Fulham Palace, Bishop’s Park and Chelsea Harbour are popular attractions within easy reach. The River Thames is a short walk away, from where London’s many landmarks are effortlessly accessible. Hurlingham Gate will also benefit from the nearby South Fulham Riverside Regeneration, which will cover a total of 40 hectares, with a south-facing river frontage of 1,700 metres. The main focus of the regeneration project is to embrace leisure, recreational and sporting facilities linked to the river. As a result, transportation will be improved in the area and existing open spaces will be upgraded with new parks and play areas created for the local community.

These values lie at the heart of Hurlingham Gate. The Code for Sustainable Homes (CFSH) is an environmental rating system, setting new standards for resource efficiency. All of the homes at Hurlingham Gate achieve Code Level 3 and are 25% more energy efficient than the applicable Building Regulations requirement. For householders, this means lower running costs, as well as the satisfaction of living a ‘more sustainable’ life.
