how to find us Directions From M6 Southbound Leave the M6 junction 15 and at the roundabout at the end of the slip road take the second exit onto the A500 towards Stoke-on-Trent. Take the next slip road exit and at the roundabout take the third exit onto the A34 towards Stone. Continue ahead over the next two roundabouts. At the double mini roundabout continue ahead. We are situated on the left-hand side approximately 100 yards ahead.

From M6 Northbound Leave the M6 at junction 14 and at the roundabout at the end of the slip road take the third exit. At the next roundabout take the first exit towards Stone, A34. Continue for approximately four miles and you will find us situated off the dual carriageway, on the right-hand side (just before the roundabout junction with the B5027).

Painted in Gardenia emulsion and bordered by gloss white woodwork, the walls in The Willows homes present a sympathetic background on which to stamp your individual tastes in décor. The walls are complimented by crisp white emulsioned ceilings. The 100mm deep skirtings and 50mm architraves complement semi-solid internal doors in a two panel ‘Cambridge’ style, with chrome handles and fittings, and the internal staircases have stop-chamfered spindles. A telephone socket is provided in the lounge, and co-axial cabling suitable for digital TV reception, has been preinstalled between the lounge and the roof space, ready for you to add your own choice of aerial.

Full gas central heating has been installed throughout, with thermostatic valves fitted to all radiators except where the temperature is controlled by a roomstat, and all of the windows are double glazed to keep the heat in and the bills down.

External fittings and finishes Bathrooms and en-suites At The Willows, the sanitary fittings in the bathrooms, en-suites and WCs have been chosen from the elegant Armitage Shanks ‘Sandringham’ range, with a gleaming chrome shower riser and chrome taps from the Bristan ‘Club’ range adding to the crisp, timeless appeal. The ceramic tiling around the bath is at least 450mm high, extending to full height in shower areas. All other walls with sanitaryware, in either bathroom or en-suite, are ceramic tiled to half height. Efficient white downlighters complete the stylish effect.

The gardens are enclosed by 1.8 metre high fences for privacy, and the front gardens are fully turfed. A convenient double socket and light has also been installed in the garage.

Safety and security The front doors of the homes in The Willows development all have a multi-point locking system, and are fitted with a bell-push connected to chimes. A motion-triggered porch light has been added above the front door.
