Other features include: dado height tiling to three sides of bath or full height in shower cubicle; bath fitted with chrome-plated handles and pop-up waste; wash-hand basin with chromeplated mixer and pop-up waste; 1000 mm wide walk-in shower where provided, with cabinet with chrome thermostatic valves.
INTERNAL DOORS White panelled doors through, fitted with chrome lever handles. Living rooms have 10-panel glazed door. Bathroom and ensuite doors have locks with thumb-turn.
CENTRAL HEATING AND HOT WATER A Stewart Milne home is a warm home. At the heart of the gas central heating system is a highly efficient boiler Thermostatic radiators enable you to control the temperature of your home.
ELECTRICAL All rooms except the bathroom/en-suite are fitted with twin 13A switched socket outlets. The kitchen has under-unit lighting, with all appliances controlled from a master switch. You’ll find BT and TV points in the lounge and master bedroom. Bedroom en-suite (where applicable) has a shaver socket.
SAFETY & SECURITY Smoke detectors - wired to the mains but with battery back-up - are fitted to every apartment. A security entry system is fitted to each block of apartments, connected to individual entry phones within each apartment.
Outside WINDOWS
FACTORING
These consist of PVCu frames and sealed double glazed units, with the safety feature of locks to all ground floor windows that open and a range of fire windows throughout. Windows to bathrooms (where applicable) have an obscure inner pane.
To ensure that the grounds, communal entrance halls and stairs are maintained in pristine fashion, a factoring company will be appointed as property managers for the development. A small monthly maintenance fee is applicable..
