Leave the M54 at junction 4 and take the third exit onto the A4640 towards Priorslee. Continue on the A4640 through 4 roundabouts, before taking the A518 (third exit) towards Stafford/Newport. After just over 6 miles, turn left at the roundabout onto the A41 towards Whitchurch/ Stafford, then shortly after take the first exit into Newport on the Stafford Road. Take the second right onto Hampton Drive, continue half a mile to a T-junction and turn right onto Vineyard Road. Straight away turn left onto Fishers Lock and the second right onto Maynards Croft, the development will be just a short drive further infront of you. FROM THE EAST (Stafford)

Leave Stafford eastbound on the A518. After 12 miles cross the roundabout with the A41 straight over towards Newport. Take the second right onto Hampton Drive, continue half a mile to a T-junction and turn right onto Vineyard Road. Leave the M6 at junction 15 and take the third exit on the roundabout towards Eccleshall on the A519. Continue on the A519 for around 17 miles (passing through Eccleshall). When arriving at the roundabout with the A41 outside of Newport, take the 2nd exit signed B5062 Newport. After almost a mile you’ll cross the canal, take the next left onto Water Lane, then again the first left onto Vineyard Road. Take the 6th left onto Fishers Lock and the second right onto Maynards Croft, the development will be just a short drive further infront of you.
