NEW PRODUCTS Driven by innovation, due to the exponential demand for personal hygiene packaging and hand sanitiser packaging products, Designa now manufactures a 24/410 100mℓ HDPE bottle with either a capped spritzer or a flip top cap. This travel size bottle is perfect for handbags, baby bags, vehicles and children’s school bags to ensure that your hygiene products are close at hand. This bottle is available in either natural or white.
CUSTOMISABLE OFFERINGS Designa still specialises in the manufacturing of plastic squeeze tubes. The company has a complete set-up of machinery offering a comprehensive bulk manufacturing process of plastic tubes for use in cosmetic and pharmaceutical applications. The equipment is geared towards continuous extrusion moulding, heading injection moulding, capping and screen printing. This enables quick turnaround times. The premium two-layer tubes are manufactured from a polyethylene blend of materials. Designa understands that each squeeze tube is specific to each individual customer’s needs, which is why customers can customise their tube and cap colours as well as screen printing on their tubes, up to four colours with a varnish application. While tube diameters are set, the length of the tube can be adjusted to a customer’s specific needs.

PLASTIC SQUEEZE TUBES IN PRODUCTION • 30mm diameter squeeze tube with a foil anti-tamper seal and a threaded screw cap • 40mm diameter squeeze tube with a flip top cap; a heat shrink seal can be applied over the cap if an anti-tamper seal is required • 50mm diameter squeeze tube with a foil anti-tamper seal and a screw-on flip top cap • the Designa team is currently hard at work developing a range of 25mm and 35mm diameter squeeze tubes, which will be launched during the course of 2021.
