Building Our Community
BUILDING BRIGHTER FUTURES I magine a world without construction contractors, masons, plumbers, electricians, etc. These craftspeople and technicians provide services that are critical to meeting our everyday needs. The Home Builders Association of Metropolitan Harrisburg understands the importance of these roles and strongly supports educating students about career path options to build the next generation of the workforce. We have many HBA Members who participate on occupational advisory committees providing In-Class demonstrations, seminars, training, and work hand-in-hand on special projects with the area career and technical schools. It is their passion to help enlighten the students on a career in the trades from a firsthand real-world perspective.
