EX Exercise Brief: The focus of the exercise is to create a perspectoscope. Using 24 examples, by criteria of more by the word luxury. Taking space making elements and composing them in such a way that contains a new perspective space, it informs about moving from one point to another.

The elements taken should be of interior spaces.

The perspectoscope tries to create a journey between two points from examples of trendy luxurious interior understood in Ex 03a. The examples are chosen such that they represent luxury through the various tangible aspects of interiors understood from Ex 01 and Ex 02. There is a layering of experience created such that in the journey of the user, they encounters with different volume of space in a space as a result of this, the experience of the space is intensified by elaboration and intricacy of its elements through material application and undulation of surfaces with the help of repeating similar forms and space.

The drawings of the perspectoscope showcase how I have tried to generate perspective journeys through angled paths or arrangement of planes where the journey from a to b is generated from a small area to a larger space. Also both the points are centrally connected to a larger space Diagram Showing The Centralization Of Both Paths

Here i have tried to create a library space using Memphis styled furniture and the overall play of patterns from the design movement.

When this phenomenon is applied while designing an element from PART to WHOLE(where each part acts like a kit of intricately used techniques to attain an ele ment that defines luxury), even one part of the kit is not a part of the whole. The component will fail to interpret luxury in space. While defining luxury through elements, the characteristics of the space play an important role in determining luxury. I have derived that when the form of a space is visually and structurally detached from the existing building, which creates a visual hierarchy through material density/ differ ence in-line weights/ create depth and also acts as a stand-alone structure which has its personalities and features to generate a visual statement as a whole.

25 M1-M2 MY POSITION LUXURISUMFOR

When an environment provides the user to exhilarates its associative memory and mark it as a new association of extreme experience is luxuriously designed environ ment in its own. The above statement was my definition of luxury on the first day.

While observing some of the visual examples from the previous Module, I have dis covered that each space has provided luxury in visibility through materials besides element characterization. This defined method of TRANSLATED luxury(technique) goes conjuncture with one another while processing a design for an element in an interior Environment. This answers my question to - Are there any defined process or method When integrated with space that attains luxury? is to apply this defined technique to each element of expanse(space) and together act as a coherent element that ampli fies luxury in a defined environment.

The “LUXURY” word holds both tangible and intangible aspects of a design. One finds comfort in minimal use of expanse constituting elements but serves the same purpose and functionality”.

For me at this point in the design process of a luxurious interior is when any material used in designing an element of an Interior is when it shows it’s extreme properties me ticulously and strategically through defined techniques and method of composition.

PLACING IN CONTRAST WITH RAW MATERIALS WITH LUST-RARE-FINISHED MATERIALS TO OVERPOWER THE PROPERTIES OF THE MEANING OF THOSE FINISHES WHICH ATTAINS LUXURY IN ITS OWN AND WITH THE SPATIAL ARRANGEMENT OF THE ELEMENTS.

1- As the overall material of the building is a concrete based structure which will act as a common foreground for the interior material which will be incorporated in the design to get a luxurious interior.

Previously site as a Woxsen university library in Hyderabad and will be converting it into a gallery/hub of young musicians(companies) invested by AR Rahman

From analyzing and understanding spatial elements in the existing chosen site, i have decided to contradict the openness of the existing building by interpreting the site as curtaining terraces by exploring the incorporation of levels in different area(monolithic experience), materiality of each space as new experience, or through bridging different levels to achieve curiosity, or through spaces and terraces as one element and curtaining the element as a whole.

2-the building already offers vastness and huge volume for me to take it as a challenge to show luxury in already luxurious background/given form.

The “LUXURY” word holds both tangible and intangible aspects of a design. One finds comfort in minimal use of expanse constituting elements but serves the same purpose and functionality”. When an environment provides the user to exhilarates its associative memory and mark it as a new association of extreme experience is luxuriously designed environment in its own. The above statement was my definition of luxury on the first day. Adding luxury tangibility is adding dynamicity to the space. While observing some of the visual examples from the previous Module, have discovered that each space has provided luxury in visibility through materials besides element characterization. This defined method of TRANSLATED luxury(technique) goes conjuncture with one another while processing a design for an element in an interior Environment. This answers my question to - Are there any defined process or method When integrated with space that attains luxury? is to apply this defined technique to each element of expanse(space) and together act as a coherent element that amplifies luxury in a defined environment. When this phenomenon is applied while designing an element from PART to WHOLE(where each part acts like a kit of intricately used techniques to attain an element that defines luxury), even one part of the kit is not a part of the whole. The component will fail to interpret luxury in space. While defining luxury through elements, he characteris tics of the space play an important role in determining luxury have derived that when the form of a space is visu ally and structurally detached from the existing building, which creates a visual hierarchy through material density/ difference in-line weights/ create depth and also acts as a stand-alone structure which has its personalities and features to generate a visual statement as a whole.

I have derived that when the form of a space is visually and struc turally detached from the existing building which generates cu riosity for the viewer to create a visual hierarchy and a sense of unusual happenings through material density/ difference in-line weights/ creating depth and also acts as a stand-alone structure. When the above statement is being applied with the help of con trasting materials like lustrous with rough-finished material (e.g. mate finished metal rode in contrast with textured acrylic sheet) to overpower the properties and EMPHASIS the contrasting properties of those finishes which attains luxury in its own and with the spatial arrangement of the applied contrasting materials in a composition to give a luxurious frame of visual.
