Conclusion

This setting helps to modify the model according to the desired rendering effect.

Some of the commands which helped to generate this visual

Conclusion

The solar radiation is more in the bigger courtyard as compared to smaller courtyards. This can be easily seen from the variation in colour. Also the space between building do not receive appropriate amount of sunlight.

Conclusion

The two facades of the building are in the same orientation but one gets direct light from the sun and the other gets overshadowed. Thus it can be seen that most of the surface of the building behind is in blue.

The following diagram shows areas with maximum solar radiation in yellow and minimum solar radiation in blue.

Conclusion

This tool is very useful to identify and analyze some structures of importance. Visual axis had always been one of the bases of planning a city.

The faรงade in red has a good visibility is due to open space in front of it.

The volumetric rendering helps generate the visibility in 3-dimension

Conclusion

With this study we can see that if the buildings are so close to each other one can look into the houses of the opposite buildings to a greater extent.

The green area represents the maximum area that can be seen through the window.

From the diagrams one can see that wind flow through the streets and the open spaces is more.

Conclusion

The perpendicular axis channelizes the residential buildings and makes it well ventilated.

The volumetric rendering given the overall picture of the windflow in the area.

The flow vector helps us to under stand the direction of the wind flow. The 3D gives the magnitude of every wind direction.

The velocity of the wind increases per concentric ring 20 km/hr

Conclusion

Helps to study the direction and the velocity of wind for a particular city.

The climate data of barcelona was loaded along with the time and date.

Conclusion:

This analysis helps us plan activities in the courtyards. Depending on the time it receives shading from the sun.

The diagram help us to get the amount of heat in particular time in 2D. Also the same data can be represented in 3D by show in visualize page.
