Hello 2025 and Goodbye 2024!!
I am 100% ok with having the door hit 2024 right in the ass and hopefully we never see it again! Last year was very difficult as our area was hit by two major hurricanes. Today there are still people with no place to call home and numerous tree limbs sitting on the side of roads.
Our industry lost Don Waitt (the founder of Exotic Dancer Magazine) in the Spring and we lost NightMoves staff member Christopher Blue in the Fall … Tracy had numerous doctor appointments and X-Rays but is feeling good today … The Kansas City Chiefs won the Super Bowl in February … the LA Dodgers were crowned World Series Champions … the Boston Celtics are reigning NBA champs … The Florida Panthers took home the NHL trophy … and the nation elected Donald Trump as our 47th President.
We hosted a great golf tournament in April … a bunch of amazing “Spin the Wheel” parties at area clubs … we attended the Miami Exxotica Expo in June and the Exotic Dancer in Dallas in August … and we were able to reschedule the 32nd Annual NightMoves Awards from October and had a spectacular show in November.
As we head into 2025 we can only hope that our economy stays strong, prices go down, the world stays out of war and everybody can be happy. We have a few things planned for the year including podcasts, another golf tournament, more “Spin the Wheel” parties and other exciting events.
We want to thank all of our advertisers who believe in what we do. We have never missed a deadline in our 35 years, we are always at area clubs covering their parties and events, we have exclusive photos & articles and we are distributed in 99% of every adult business in Pinellas, Hillsborough & Pasco Counties. Nobody works harder to support the Tampa Bay adult industry than NightMoves.

FACING THE NEW YEAR
NEW YEAR, NEW ME!
I’ve said that so many times…
But this Year!... I look at this picture and I don’t recognize my own face… So, follow this unrecognizable face on Facebook and join me on my journey.
So how did I get here? Basically, Covid was the beginning of everything. I slowed down in activity (as we all did) then I caught Pneumonia and ended up in the hospital for over a week, where I coughed so much and so hard that I herniated my diaphragm. I also managed to pull every core muscle I own. (OUCH!)
...There’s 20 pounds.
It was during this time that I developed “The Cough”; a sudden, severe, violent, dry cough. My throat would close up and I couldn’t breathe. This happened several times a day (and was scary as hell). I thought at first it would go away. A lot of people have said when they quit smoking they coughed bad while their lungs healed (aka expelled years of funk!)
... “The Cough” didn’t go away.
SOOO, I was referred to a Gastroenterologist and a Pulmonologist by my primary care physician. (I’m not even going to go into the “joy” of navigating health care and HMO’s and total bullshit just to see a specialist…)
After 2 YEARS (yes, 2 years) of Tests ordered by one or the other doctor:
endoscopies, swallow test, Beta Test, X-Rays, Cat scans, breathing tests (spirometry), Lung function tests, plus Nissen Fundoplication, surgery, (Look it up, it’s a doosey,) to fix the diaphragm and what the doctor thought was Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD).
... Still had “The Cough”. My life has been on hold for 2 years.
...There’s 20 more pounds
2 Years, and I was at my end… I was furious! So much that I changed EVERYTHING and EVERY Doctor and the insurance company, too!
My sister-in-Law recommended an AMAZING primary care Doctor (Dr. Craig Burns – I highly recommend.)
So, after all this time,
• one really bad Primary Doctor,
• one really good Primary Doctor,
• 3 specialists (1 gastroenterologists and 2 different Pulmonologists),
• at least 9 or 10 tests/xrays/cat scans
• a surgeon and surgery,
• and a Partridge in a Pear Tree!! plus 6 more months, I was FINALLY, diagnosed!! ... with Asthma…
Asthma! All this time... Fucking Asthma ......
I am now on medication and it’s mostly under control (Thankfully) But not before 4 months of heavy doses of Prednisone (2 of those months at 30mg a day – that’s A LOT).
...there’s another 20 pounds!
If it weren’t for Paul’s amazing organizational skills, I don’t know how I would have kept track of everything. Between Doctors appointments, procedures, tests, and different medications, it was a full-time job.
AND if that weren’t enough… within
those 2 ½ years, I had a pinched nerve that only a Chiropractor could fix, a root canal surgery, started hot flash medication (hormone replacement) and QUIT SMOKING. (explaining all the crankiness!! lol)
Plus, Sadly, we lost Pops :( ...That’s 10 pounds of weight EACH!!
So, NOW IS THE TIME!
After a LOOOOONG deliberation, I decided to start “The weight-loss shot”. (A Tirzepatide and MICC with B-12 and other things I can’t pronounce or spell, so I’m not gonna try, lol.) It’s Two shots; one in the thigh muscle and one in the stomach. I will be chronicling my journey with all of you, if you care to get a real perspective of what it’s like.
What finally made the decision for me is that fact that Tanya Dwyer (Miracles Can Happen Aesthetic Design) has moved into Safety Harbor (At Roccos’) where my Sister-in-Law Debi, (who has been there for me and so supportive through this whole thing), also works.
Tanya is amazing! Plus, she is a Certified Nurse Practitioner that offers so much more than weight management. (Dermal Fillers, PDO Lifting & Soft Threads, Platelet Rich Plasma Gel, Micro needling and more) I’ll talk a little more on those in later articles.

In October … NightMoves lost a dear friend and co-worker as Christopher Blue passed away on 10/19. Chris was part of the NightMoves family for over 15 years and he is greatly missed.
In October … Hurricane Milton (at one time a category 5) did major damage to the Tampa Bay area just weeks after Helene caused major flooding in the area.
In November … The rescheduled 32nd Annual NightMoves Awards took place at TNA Gentlemen’s Club. The awards show and weekend of events were forced to move to November due to the hurricanes
In November … American producer and composer Quincy Jones dies at age 91. He worked with many of the biggest names in jazz, rock, R&B, pop, and hip-hop and is especially known for his work on Michael Jackson’s blockbuster album Thriller (1982).

MONTHLY NIGHTMOVES SPIN THE WHEEL PARTY!
One of the most exciting things we do here at NightMoves is our “Spin The Wheel” parties. We go into area clubs and every time a customer purchases a drink, they get a ticket that is good for one spin of our wheel. The saying is … “Every Spinner is a Winner” !!!
People can win small items like: lube samples, ink pens or a piece of candy … BUT … they can also win lotto tickets, adult toys, vibrators or one of the gift baskets we supply! Along with the “drink-spins”, we also give away door prizes at 11pm and midnight for everybody who pays cover.
We visited The Red Room last month and had a great time! The wheel was spinning every minute and we had a ton of winners. If your club would like to host a Wheel Party, give us a call and we can make it happen! Here are a few photos from last month!

There are very few people that fit the name “superstar”. Janine Jericho is a touring, national, feature entertainer who is the exact definition of the word! Janine is an international headlining showgirl who has maintained top feature showgirl status within the adult club industry over the last decade. She continues to win top titles and awards, over 85 titles and awards, spanning both hemispheres and three countries.
Janine has been a staple of the NightMoves Showgirl Invitational Contests and was named Hottest Body in 2019 … 1st Runner Up in 2020 … 2nd Runner Up in 2022 … and in 2023 she performed a one-of-a-kind trio acrobatic act involving pole dancing, headstands, skill and impeccable coordination. This performance (including Hayle Faye & Justice) was met with a standing ovation from our audience (which gave
over $1,200 in tips on the stage). The trio received our 1st Place Grand Champion Award.
Janine possesses specialty skills that include: aerial acrobatics, licensed and insured fire performer, circus arts, flow arts, veil fans and grinder, along with advanced pole-dancing, coupled with her high energy dance style, elite costumes and props but most importantly, her ability to connect with an audience, has added to her being billed as one of the top entertainers in the industry.
We installed Janine into the NightMoves Hall of Fame in 2022 and she has helped us obtain stars for our awards show. We are hoping she will return to our festivities here in 2025!

THERE’S NOTHING LIKE FANTASYLAND IN TAMPA BAY!
There are numerous “video stores” in the Tampa Bay area but nothing that equals Fantasyland or Fantasyland II. Their name says it all as everything in these two stores are dedicated to every customer’s fantasy!
Both locations (4715 N. Lois Avenue & 5006 N. Grady Avenue in Tampa) feature huge theaters with comfortable chairs & couches. They also have private rooms, multiple televisions and an outdoor smoking area. The Lois location also has a huge room that features pool tables. In addition, they carry lingerie, lubes, adult toys, enhancement products and BDSM products.

Saturday night December 21 was wild and crazy at The Red Room! Mike Busey and his crazies invaded the club and it was quite the evening!

The Rays are moving across the Bay and will call Steinbrenner Field their home for the 2025 MLB season. I just hope the team stays in Tampa Bay and I don’t care if it’s in Pinellas, Hillsborough or even Polk County! Hopefully in the smaller confines, the Rays will sell out their games and crowds will scream and yell for the “home”
team. I wonder what it will be like when they host the Yankees?
The team better start signing a few bats as the team kinda sucked last year offensively. I think the pitching staff can be ok but they gotta hit! They did sign ex-Chicago White Sox slugger Eloy Jimenez who is coming off an injuryplagued season (a typical Rays signing). With the Yankees and Red Sox signing million-dollar deals with numerous players, it will be a miracle if the Rays can be competitive in the AL East Division this season … we can only hope!

The writing is crisp, realistic and well played. The cinematography offers up some great views of the cast in a variety of shades and colors. The music is well done and has hit potential. The casting is absolutely perfect and the overall context of this production is award worthy. It is already nominated in a number of categories by AVN and XBIZ with more to follow. Adult Time is part of a new trend involving realistic practical effects in pornography. Miles: Now, obviously the next question is because you explored some stuff with guys, you explored some stuff with girls. What about threesomes? Have you done threesomes and what is your favorite threesome? Is it you and two girls, you and two boys, or you and a boy and a girl?

Miles: Now is that sort of like a full-time job? You know, you water them and you would talk to them and taking care of them. I know they pick up on your vibe. You can’t just leave them by themselves. (Laughs)
Krystal: I have full on conversations with them... (Laughs) I’m sure they enjoy it. They probably think I just like hearing the sound of my voice but yeah... It takes up a lot of time, I try to minimize that as much as possible with the watering and all that cause I am out of town a lot... (Laughs)
Miles: So do you have like a drip system and it’s on a timer? (Laughs)
Krystal: I do not so a lot of plants are in a sort aquatic set like for fish tank stuff like that but it’s very high in nutrients for the plant so you stick that in a vase and put a little bit of water at the bottom and they’re good to go for a couple weeks though...
Miles: OK now the next obvious question is do you have any of the carnivorous plants like the Venus fly traps that kind of stuff?
Krystal: Well I did have a Venus fly trap open until I wanna say about two weeks ago. I went out of town for a couple weeks came back and they’re just so picky with the water. They always wanna be saturated so I ended up tossing it because it was like a week with no water probably so, but I don’t because unless you feed them by hand a lot of time being in house plants in the desert they don’t do very well, but I do love Pitcher
Plants, those are probably my favorite. (Laughs)
Miles: What about pets? Do you have any pets?
Krystal: I do, I have dog a she’s probably 15 or 16 years old, she’s a little dog and is a mix poodle and something else, she was a rescue. Her name is Pepper and then there are about three cats in the house so all rescues. (Laughs)
Miles: They just kind of wander around doing their own thing... (Laughs)
Krystal: They do, one never leaves one room in the house. He was a feral kitten that we rescued, and he prefers his cat jungle in there, but the other two yeah they just kind of I don’t know you rarely, rarely, see the cats. It seems they’re not like dogs at all so that’s why I’m like “I think we have three.” (Laughs)
Miles: Now at some point do you think you’re gonna make it down
to Tampa for Nightmoves awards that would be a logical thing for you to experience next? I’m gonna have to send a little email to the powers that be over there. Maybe you could come and visit.
