Context:

Appsynth, the leading agency in Thailand, has undergone a website and unique identity. The new website design features a minimalist and clean aesthetic, with a spacious layout that employs white as the primary color. To add a futuristic touch, a hologram component has been included to complement the website and

rebranding to showcase its cutting-edge technology represent Appsynth's brand in a distinct way.

Problems:

When entering the website for the first time, Customers need to learn what this company does and what is the purpose of this website.

The website needs to present the working story. And not a sequence of steps confusing customers who come to understand the work process.

When customers want to contact for advice or to contact interested work, Customers need help knowing where to click to contact.

Approach:

First, we compare two versions of the website: The traditional and New websites, and do Usability tests with customers who use the website tired of when coming on the Appsynth company website for the first time and asking them if they can improve some parts of this website so what they want to do?

We bring the data to design the page in 2 formats: design A and design B to do AB Testing.

We are gathering results from research and testing with users to design a new website by developing a landing page, client success stories, testimonials, careers, and a contact page.

Design:A

Redesign the corporate identity of the organization to be easily accessible. And we are presenting the "Digital Innovation Consultancy" of Appsynth company to increase even more, including designing and combining elements on the website to create a design library.

Research and Testing:

20.12.21 - 22.12.21 (Support by: UXR Team)

In the process, before we begin designing, we will collect information from users from the beginning to bring that information to improve the design of the new website version. According to the example, we have tested designing two website page designs from the information we researched in the initial setup. We have , as shown in the example below. experimented with A / B Testing

Therefore, the designed design emphasizes using bright neon colors that reflect the technology company. It also focuses on using white space to reach the minimal style so that users can read the text more easily and clearly, along with a sequence of story topics that will be told on the landing page in each episode in an easy-tounderstand way. MeetDoc App l 06

Proposed Solution:

Now a day, the world is in COVID-19 pandemic, we design the application for helping humans to get through curing and have a better life. This application has a feature that users can appoint a professional doctor and be able to buy the medicine with a prescription. I Addition, many specialists can advise by chatting, calling, or video calling. In another feather such as blogging, the users will get many healthy tips, knowledge and updated news that many bloggers shared too.

Interview Process:

The application developer needs to understand the users by interviewing them and bringing that information to adapt to users’ health behavior and healing. All of this must respond to requirements and target groups, after that use them to develop the best product. For example, there are 3 target groups by random.

Interview Insights:

The patients don’t enjoy waiting for healing or encountering the doctor. The users can reach their treatment information by themselves, not from the hospital. This is necessary if the application has a suggestion about health and primary treatment. The health application is free. Be able to buy the medicine on application and delivery it home. The patients can consult first aid with an experienced physician on application.

Ploblem Statement:

Due to the spreading of the inflection, people have to change their way of living and spend a lot of time in a residence such as working, cooking, eating and other activities. The living area becomes an important place that needs to respond to both the function and emotion in daily life. People consider more about decoration which furniture plays the big role in this part But in the locked-down situation, shopping for furniture is limited. Customers can not see and touch the product in the physical store which causes hardiness in making decisions. Therefore, we develop the application to solve these problems and present the new shopping experience to them.

Objective:

Users can select the desired item without complication.

Users can see the design and styling of the product.

Users can simulate the selected design and the item sizing in their place.

Solution:

Create tools to enhance the shopping experience and integrate augmented reality technology to simulate the product visually in the specific area to help users make the decision easier with their device.

Co-working Possible New Services

we help to develop a co-design concept for a local co-working space that will serve as a shared headquarters for various businesses.

Context:

Our project focuses on expanding the company culture by designing a new service. The service is aimed at providing smart workplace solutions to employees who work remotely and need access to devices and workspaces close to their homes. This will create more opportunities for companies to thrive. Additionally, the service will include a company exhibition area where content can be showcased and an activity program can be set up.

My colleagues and I collaborated on a project to generate innovative ideas for coworking spaces. This project was developed while pursuing my master's degree in service design at Poli.Design University.

Result and adjustment to our services: The final concept

Following the interview and idea-sharing session with four participants, it was unanimously agreed that the "AR world” idea was the most appealing. The participants cited its novelty and expressed an interest in trying it out in the future.

This is a unique idea that addresses the requirements of colleagues and nearby enterprises by providing them with exclusive workspaces. It offers personal pod stations for individuals to work or relax in. Additionally, it enables individuals to take a break from reality and indulge in the augmented reality experience. clear

Prototyping:

We created a prototype of a small pod to simulate personal workspace during work. Additionally, we provided an AR screen for users who want to take a break from work while inside the pod

To test the pod's effectiveness, we gave users the opportunity to use it for 10 minutes. Two out of three users were satisfied with the experience, while one felt uncomfortable due to the enclosed space

Creating prototypes is a quick and effective way to understand user needs and preferences. This approach can be very helpful in communicating small service stories.
