Introduction Client - Chirag Patel (Sai ruchi Group) Architect - Uneven Project Type - Housing+commercial (Mix use) Location - Khanpur(Sevasi),Vadodara

Prject Brief Paramount is located At Vadodara’s fastest developed area toward sevasi village and near to green belt of vadodara.Project target of high income class. and Providing most morden facilities to dwellers.Total height of commercial is 9M and Housing is 45M and double basement According to requirement of project’s, Calculations of Areas and as per rules of body.

Concept Concept of the project is design a large breathing space at centre and providig other sevices at ground floor of building.Linearity of building allows large central space inbetween.And vehicular access at the perphery of mass.Taking the benifit of site location’s 24M wide road of the front side of site providing small commercial with one basement of parking.Access of housing is another edge of site which is provide 12M wide road.

1.1. site office Provice of site office and concept is Temporary space of hendling construction work and Marketing of project.Lacation of site office is at the front edge of site which is 24M wide road with iconic small building with landscaping,Luxurious interior and hording.

Introduction -

Client - M.S University,Vadodara Architect Vastu Architect Hisrory Project Type - Restoration - M.S University ,Vadodara The building was previously used for varied functions Location including a hostel, staff offices and is now occupied as a research center.

Features -

The building features a central courtyard with exposed brick, load bearing structure on the ground floor. The wooden roof structure rests on wooden posts and brick walls on the floor above, which also features wooden fenestrations and circulation on the periphery. The 1stfloor slab has jack arches that are cast on vaulted corrugated sheetsspanning between the rail sections. The building also features two types of staircases including a spiral stairwayto the roof.

Aims at understanding of How Poject drawings practically function from passing level i.e.corporation drawing to technical drawings which follow a universal language to be referred during on site construction.The idea here was to come up with a mixed use development project with actual site in inner city Vadodara that justifies your project.My proposed project was M.D Hospital with Doctor accommodation.Next stepwas to progressively come up with a design that strictly follows VUDA(vadodara urbandevelopment authority)norms and regulations.First stage was to come up with corporation drawings and once theyare passedou can move further to second stage of detailing i.e. generating working drawings of same.

Brief of the Yojna The third component of the mission is affordable housing in partnership.This is a supply side intervention. The Mission will provide financial assistance to EWS houses being built with different partnerships byStates/UTs/Cities.To increase availability of houses for EWS category at an affordable rate,tates/UTs, either through its agencies or in partnership with privatesector including industries, can plan affordable housing projects. Central Assistance at the rate of Rs. 1.5 Lakh per EWS house would be availablefor all EWS houses in such projects.
