1. Jaipur Rajasthan Introduction Jaipur, city, capital of Rajasthan state. It Is Rajasthan’s most-populous city. The city is known for its beauty, and it is unique in its straight-line planning Which is called gridiron pattern and Jaipur is a one of the best example of planned city in India. Its buildings are predominantly rose-colored, and it is sometimes called the “pink city.� Jaipur city is known for its handicrafts in all over the world and it has a great potential for attract tourist from world.

Thathero ka Rasta (Chaoura Rasta) Jaipur is known for its grid iron pattern planning .city is divided in nine square with major roads of Jaipur and further its divide into small streets and change the nature of streets craft by craft. Here in figure Thathero ka rasta. Majority habitats working on metal(brass and copper) utensils . Street is narrow in nature. Wealthy nature of its interaction form of building and streets formation.

Khajane walo ka Rasta Khajane walo ka rast is known for stone carvers. They are well know carvers in India. Major they carves murti’s of god and goddess. Nature of street is very calm because Artist work meticulously with white marbles and other hard stones. Street edge is ornate with outlets of murtis and as well as workshop. Building height of this street is 9 m to 12m.Streight And narrow. Narrowness of nature is provide mutual shading concept for this street.

2. Bikaner Rajasthan Introduction Bikaner is the one of the oldest city of rajasthan.Bikaner Is ornate with many elegant havelis. Which is contain very interrogated carving of red stones. Inner city or wall city of Bikaner is growing organically. Streets are organically grown during rural era. Street scape of bikaner is very interesting because of edges of street is wealthy in nature because of fine carved havelis.

Mawa patti Mawa patti is one of the street of old Bikaner. This Street ‘s edge contain mawa seller so street called mawa patti from rural era. Street Width is approximately 3m to 3.5m with variant. Building height of the street is 9m to 15m.

Buildings of mawa patti provide mutual shading due to perfect ratio of street and building height. Buildings on street are talking to each other. And feel like they shares their experience of their rural time to the newer one. At morning time streets is very calm and silent with the soft rays of sun.

Mawa patti is busy during the day with many rickshaws,two wheeler,vehicles and trespasser. During the day streets smell of combination of fresh milk mawa and old stone carved havelis.

3. Kankroli Rajasthan Introduction Kankrolis one of the city of Rajasthan near Nathdwara. City Contain topographical land and street scape which is very interesting combination of narrow width and topography. Building height of streets is approximately 9m to 12m with mutual shading future. Growth of the city is organic. Figure shows the streets leads the temple. Winch contain educational building ,Residences and small shops. Colors of building is cool in nature. Because of harsh temperature of region.

4. Ayodhya Uttar Pradesh Introduction Aoyodhya is the city of Hindu sentiments. With connected lord Ram birth place. City is growing in organic patterns. Building height of Ayodhya is not more than approximately 15m. The Skyline of Ayodhya is very clean above 15m.Thousands Of pilgrims per day visit the Ayodhya from all over the world. Streets of Ayodhya flooded with human during special days of the year. During sravn mela whole month people roam on streets of Ayodhya.

As a shown in figure street toward temple is very chaotic in nature. Edge of the street is full with toy shops and sweet shops. Major foot fall during mela time. Street is wider and breathable due to short building height of street.

Street is encroached by the shopkeepers. They setup temporary shades for protection from weather. Vehicular access is prohibited during mela time in several streets near main temples. As a result pilgrims and visitors can walk freely on street and experience the mela. Skyline of street is very clean and neat easily visible temple top from all over the Ayodhya. And People can find the way easily.

At night time also happening on street because during sravan mah people go to sariyu river for take holy bath and come directly to temple. From morning to night very dense flow of pilgrims on streets of ayodhya. And Again streets are busy from early morning approximately 4am.Streets Are well light by beautiful light poles.

5. Amritsar Punjab Introduction Amritsar is a one of the Heritage city of India with is include In HRIDAY. Amritsar is growing organically in wall city(old city). City is very dense in nature. Building Heights of building is 9 to 18m approximately. Amritsar has a largest footfall in over all India. Pilgrims visit golden temple from all around world. Streets Of Amritsar is a witness of many events during British ruling era. There are range of Architecture styles in old city. And Became a poetry of art and Architecture in streets of heritage city.

Shikribandan bazaar Shikribandan bazaar is located in inner city of Amritsar. Small narrow street with old buildings. And streets is shaded with perfect ratio of building height and street width. A The time of morning street is very clam. And New beaning of busy day with noise of vehicular traffic in narrow street.

Majority of street scape of Amritsar is narrow width with high building heights. Amazing Walking experience through these streets because there is a attachment of smell of religiousness .Great combination of city and its people.

Streets are shaded during the day because of mutual shading effect. People use their terraces as a important space during winters. As shown in figure shikribandan bazaar is a combination of new and old buildings. New buildings with simple cement and concrete faced and other side old building with very interesting wooden faced with interesting opening and colors.

Street width of bazaar is varied in 3m to less than 3m with includes open gutters and otlas of building. Only one four wheeler pass through the street at a time. In Amritsar people use two wheeler ,E-rickshaw and Cycle rickshaw and pedestrian.

As shown in figure street is very chaotic and congested with trespasser. People are very understandable with each other on street because of narrow width of street and problem of traffic jam condition. Majority street is between 9am to 8pm.After 8pm street is calm down and become silent with many memories of the whole day.

As we know Amritsar is a organically grown city. As a result streets scape is also interesting curved form. And it effected to Building form with front they wide and back is narrow vice versa. The effect experience the surprising element during passing through the streets and welcoming gesture of every curves of street.

6. Vadodara Gujarat Introduction Vadodara is a culture city of Gujarat. Inner City of vadodara developed by Gaekwad rural. Old city is dived into four major quadrant with four major streets ended with four gates and ornate with center of mandvi gate. Four major streets divide into minor streets and connect internal areas of quadrant. There are five gates lehripura gate,Gandi gate,Pani gate,chapaner gate and mandvi gate.These Gates end with major roads and divide city.

Fakri maholla Fakri maholla is situated on gandi gate main road in one of the quadrant. Majority Resident are bohra community. Building height in maholla is between 6m to 15m approximately and street width is between 2m to 2.5m only two wheeler can pass through the street.Minor Streets are connected to gandi gate major road .Streets are parallel to each other and narrow in width. Building on the streets are combination of old and new. Some of are in demolished condition. Residents of maholla have a sense of ownership and they celebrate festival together. Gandi gate main road is the hot favorite market of kites,threads and chikki in time of uttarayan. Many Of residents working on seasonal business. People of the maholla very happy with the place and they don’t want to leave the space because streets,buildings and business is a part of their life.

7. Ambaji Gujarat Introduction Ambaji is the one of the know city for Hindu pilgrims because it is a one othe sakti peeth.Lacs Of pilgrims visited ambaji.And Stay here .Ambaji is economical magnet for business. As Shown in figure one of the market street near temple is full with visitors. Major market of cloths,toys and pooja samagri. Streets Are very narrow in nature. Edge Of the street is covered with shops and dharmshal and guest houses. Width of street is between 3 m approximately. Building height is 9m to 15m.And Combination of new and old buildings. Street has a many experiences and witness of many event because users are different day to day.
