NLCS Jeju provides students a wide range of opportunities to engage in diverse experiences beyond the classroom. With tailored guidance, students are encouraged in exploring and developing their individual interests, becoming confident individuals who actively embrace new challenges. This program also nurtures leadership skills, preparing students to gain admission to prestigious universities worldwide and empowering them to excel as future global leaders.

CO-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES (CCA)

Junior School CCA (3:20 pm - 4:15 pm)

• Year 1 - Year 4: Tuesday and Thursday (Optional for Year 1 and Year 2)

• Year 5 - Year 6: Monday to Thursday

• Year 1 to Year 6 Orchestra: Mondays

Senior School CCA (4:15 pm - 5:15 pm)

• All senior school students in Years 7 to 12

• Every weekday except Fridays

SATURDAY BRYANT

The Bryant programme is a unique and extensive range of co-curricular activities that the school provides on Saturday mornings (9 am to 12 pm). These activities vary from Model United Nations to Forest schools, allowing students to focus on a particular activity to develop their passion and expertise.

POPULAR CCA AND BRYANT PROGRAMS

• Academic: Book Club, Historical Film Studies, Model United Nations, Student Council STEM Magazine and JS Newspaper Journalist

• Arts and Creative: Calligraphy, Photography, Architecture, Baking, Ceramics and Webtoon Animation

• Community Service: Community Clean-up and Save Abandoned Dogs

• Maths and Science: AI Prompt Engineering, Biology Olympiad, Community Maths, Computer Science, Cool Chemists Science, Junior Soft Coding - PYTHON, Maths International Competitions Prep, Medical Review, Physics Olympiad, Robotics and STEP Prep

• Music and Performance: Choir, Orchestra, and Percussion Ensemble, Dance, Drama, Musical, Strings and Ensemble

• Outdoor and Adventure Activities: Climbing, Duke of Edinburgh, Forest Schools (JS), Fishing, Horse Riding and Olle Trails

• Sports: Badminton, Baseball, Basketball, Biking, Football, Fitness, Golf, Indoor Surfing, Ice Hockey, Junior Cheerleading, Rugby, Swimming, Table Tennis, Taekwondo and Volleyball

* Students can sign up at three different times during the academic year. Fees vary depending on the program (some are free).
