Description Architect’s Design Intention Parking Area Users’ Review / Observation - There is no accessible parking provided for OKU at the parking area although an accessible ramp is provided - The pathway is obstructed by a parking bay which is causing difficulties for the users if the parking is in use. Recommendation - Minimum of 2 bays of OKU accessible parking shall be provided along with unobstructed pathway through the ramp

Users’ Review / Observation - The ramp is steep (not according to the 1:20 ratio standard ) and not accessible for the wheelchair users - The floor finishes for the ramp is non slipresistant which might harm the users - The steps’ risers are too high (200 – 310mm) which causes difficulties for the elderly / kids. - The floor finishes for the steps is non slipresistant without nosing detail - The ramp and steps are located near to the vehicular pathway without a zebra crossing

Users’ Review / Observation - The small bridge is narrow and steep (not according to the 1:20 ratio standard ) with no railings provided which may harm the users especially wheelchair users and kids - The riser for the staircase is too high (200mm) which causes difficulties for the elderly users - The width of the staircase is more than 3000mm but no railings/intermediate railings are provided
