Location, Communication and Leisure Opportunities VN Residence 3 is located on one of Jomtien’s best locations centrally placed within the Prathumnak area. Translated from Thai language Prathumnak means “The Royal Palace”. The area got this name because the Royal Family has a Residence here. This is the most fashionable and quiet area in the whole Pattaya/ Jomtien region. The nicest beach in Jomtien is only a few steps away. If you are a “golfer” you have at least 10 golf courses within an area of only approximately 1 hour’s drive from the Residence and many more in the surrounding areas. Pattaya city centre with all its facilities is only a 5 minutes trip away with car. The city centre has during the last years undergone major changes, and has now become an “in” location not only for tourists, but also for the Bangkok residents. The 1st year Villa Norway Services Co., Ltd will do the maintenance and Somphorn will deliver the Cable-TV and internett. Water and electricity charges will be billed according to the consumption. Currently the price for one (1) m3 water is 30 Bath, and the power price is 4.5 Baht per kWh. Purchase Expenses: In addition to the to the purchase price the following initial expenses have to be paid by the buyer: 1. 400,- Baht per m2 as start capital/ maintenance funding to the condominium. 2.
