It’s importanttous towork as emotionally engaged undertakers, drawing from ourown life experiencesto recognise andrelate tothe many challenges of life and death, and the toll that can take on thefamilieswe work with. Whenfamilies are empowered to make absolutely the best choices and decisionsfor their circumstances, without judgement, we rarely needtobe in control andcan gentlywalk beside offering our expertise and guidance.”
