FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023 Legacy “Partner with government to secure a once-in-a lifetime legacy for our game and our community”

Our Priority: Develop and implement a legacy strategy in collaboration with FFA and FNSW which prioritises government investment in: ➢ community facilities; ➢ participation; ➢ player development; ➢ leadership and culture; and ➢ international engagement


Underpinning Principle: Financial Stability Our Priority: Reduce reliance on registration fees and increase the level of investment in football development. Financial Stability • Implement new activities aligned to the renewal of the Newcastle Permanent Building Society's Major Sponsorship • Identify and implement systems and processes to enhance sponsor servicing • Develop one-page sponsorship asset summaries • Establish proposals and identify targets for Women & Girls, Talent Development and Referees • Implement business plan to underpin new vision for First Touch Football Supplies • Commercialise streaming of NPLW NNSW • Develop and implement suite of internal finance controls to improve efficiency and effectiveness • Implement a new budget program to assist with reporting • Implement a budget forecast to align with the strategic plan • Develop and implement a new advertising campaign including tvc to drive participation in Football Five5 • Consider potential of providing content to National NPL OTT Streaming Platform

• 67,000 total registered players • Female players will account for 30% of total registered players • 950 registered match officials • 27500 MiniRoos • Accredit 300 coaches • 250 new Referees • Club administrators and/or office bearers sentiment score of +30 • Min. of $15m secured for facility projects from all levels of government in 2021/22 funding cycle

• OUTSTANDING – NSW Office of Sport Annual Organisational Health Check Result • Members will at a minimum be satisfied with NNSWF’s overall performance, service and communication • Standing Committee Chairs will at a minimum be satisfied with NNSWF’s overall implementation of Premier Competitions • 80% of full-time employees will be proud to be part of NNSWF • 8m reached through social media channels

TALENT DEVELOPMENT

2023 FWWC LEGACY

• Min. of 50 TSP Players transitioning to A Leagues Clubs in 2023 • 10 players selected to participate in National Youth Team Identification Camps • 1000 girls engaged across the talented player pathway • 30 players selected to participate in FA Elite Games • 100 coaches completing advanced accreditation • 500 coaches in attendance at professional development activities

• Implementation of comprehensive NSW 2023 FWWC Legacy Plan will commence in July

• Min. of 70% of players and/or parents satisfied with participation in TSP 2022 • 100% of Premier Clubs completed initial phase of Club Development Rating System
