Bermuda Breeze Bus & Sea Express Ferry Information and Fares

Bermuda Breeze Buses and Sea Express Ferries cover the island from the East to West all year long and, since this is how most locals get around it’s an easy, efficient and a reliable way to travel. They’re a great way to get a taste of Bermuda's warm, welcoming culture as you get where you’re going. A handy tip if you don’t want to deal with exact change on the bus: get a Transportation Pass, available from one day up to seven days of unlimited use on the island's buses and ferries. Or buy a ticket or token in advance. Passes, tickets and tokens are sold at the Hamilton Bus and Ferry Terminals, at post offices and at all Visitor Services Centre’s. Bermuda Breeze Buses With 11 bus routes and 14 bus zones of about two miles each, buses are frequent and plentiful, and they service the entire island. They’re easy to spot as they’re painted Bermuda pink with blue stripes. Most buses leave from the Central Bus Terminal on Washington Street, next to City Hall in Hamilton. Bus stops are identified by either a solid blue or pink pole. Blue poles signify routes outbound from the City of Hamilton; pink one’s mark routes inbound to the City of Hamilton. Note: exact cash is accepted on all buses as well as tickets, tokens, or a pass. Sea Express Ferry Four public ferry routes offer a picturesque alternative for travel around the

island. All ferries depart from the Hamilton Ferry Terminal on Front Street. Note: cash is not accepted on the ferries, only tickets, tokens, or a pass. The Blue route stops at Royal Naval Dockyard in Sandys Parish on the west end of the island. The Orange route only operates in the summer, and it stops at Royal Naval Dockyard before continuing onto the Town of St. George. The Pink route makes several stops in Warwick and Paget Parishes. These are Belmont Ferry, Darrell’s Wharf, Salt Kettle, Hodsdon’s Ferry, and Lower Ferry. The Green route stops at Watford Bridge and Cavello Bay, both in Sandys Parish, and then Rockaway in Southampton Parish.
