“Whether you go as a couple, as a family, or with your friends, Naples Grande Beach Resort has everything you need for an unforgettable stay — from the beach, pool, and spa to the restaurants, the spacious rooms, and the stellar service. I loved The Spa at Naples Grande because it has a variety of spectacular treatments to revitalize and rejuvenate your body, mind, and soul. It also offers exclusive treatments and services, such as the Salt Float Tank. One of our favorite restaurants was The Catch of the Pelican with its beautiful views and varied menu, but the star of the show was definitely the seafood! Just minutes from the resort, Downtown Naples is full of great restaurants, cafés, and shops. It’s perfect for strolling and exploring some more.” Follow @AlexaOlavarria and #LasAventurasDeAlexa for more travel adventures.

SHORE READS Dive into a literary journey with our handpicked selection of beach reads, tailored for your Naples vacation. Picture this: You’re lounging by the pool, sun-kissed and slathered in sunscreen. In one hand, you have a chilled, fruity concoction, a reflection of the tropical paradise around you. In the other, you need a captivating read that’s as refreshing as the sea breeze. Dive into our selection of 10 must-reads, spanning diverse genres and catering to varied tastes, each perfect for your Neapolitan getaway. To honor some of Florida’s beloved tunes that narrate our favorite beach moments and island escapades, let’s remember the iconic Jimmy Buffett. This iconic balladeer not only gifted us with songs that became the unofficial anthems of beachside adventures but also penned some intriguing books. Our top pick? A Pirate Looks at Fifty. This travelogue is an impeccable beach read, bursting with the wild escapades and behind-the-scenes tales that fueled Buffett’s legendary music. Take a trip down memory lane to 1955, when the renowned Charles and Anne Morrow Lindbergh sought refuge in Naples, escaping both the cold and the relentless paparazzi. During one such getaway, Anne crafted her iconic work, Gift from the Sea, where she intricately compares the seashells she discovers along the beach to the various stages of a woman’s life. As you delve into its pages, you’ll find that the ebb and flow of the tides mirror the rhythms of life, offering insights that remain profound and relevant even today. As a nationally syndicated humor columnist for The Miami Herald and a Pulitzer Prize laureate, Dave Barry is no stranger to tickling the funny bone. His latest offering, Swamp Story, is a testament to his unmatched wit. While it does venture into some darker terrain, Barry ensures the journey is peppered with his signature humor. This novel promises a roller coaster of emotions with every turn of the page. Extending your stay? Dive into a full series by Florida local Hope Holloway, who crafts breezy love stories set against the state’s most scenic backdrops. She offers readers three delectable sets of books, each set in a different romantic beach haven. Pick from three series, each with seven titles: The Coconut Key series set in Key West, The Shellseeker Beach series set in Sanibel Island, or The Seven Sisters series set on Amelia Island. These books are perfect for a light beach read that’ll sweep you off your feet.

Craving a deep dive into Florida’s past? Look no further than Patrick D. Smith’s A Land Remembered. More than just a book, it’s a rite of passage for anyone who loves the Sunshine State. This mesmerizing tale weaves history and fiction, charting the journey of three generations of a quintessential Florida family. Need a book for the kids? Dive into the works of Carl Hiaasen, a renowned former Miami Herald columnist. While he’s acclaimed for his sharp, satirical take on Florida-centric murder mysteries, Hiaasen hasn’t stopped there. He’s crafted a vibrant series of young adult novels brimming with local flair and thrilling adventures. But they’re not just for kids; adults love them, too. Hiaasen’s most recent offering, Wrecker, promises a wild ride, delving into a world teeming with smugglers, grave robbers, and believe it or not, pooping iguanas. Heading to Naples with the family? Make sure to pack the ultimate travel companion, authored by local expert Karen T. Bartlett. Her guidebook, A (Mostly) Kids’ Guide to Naples, Marco Island and the Everglades, is more than just a list of places to visit. Bursting with humor and adorned with vibrant illustrations, it’s both a delightful read and an essential resource. Even the sunlit shores of Southwest Florida aren’t immune to the chilling touch of master storyteller Stephen King. While the region is known for its serene beaches and tranquil sunsets, King, who maintains a residence here, paints a different picture in his thriller, Duma Key. Set on a fictional island, the story delves deep into enigmatic mysteries and supernatural events along the beach.

wonderland boasts flowering trees, succulent displays, and pools filled with water lilies. Pick up a W.O.N.D.E.R. activity pack at the visitor center for things youngsters will love. There are monthly themed sessions on the lawn geared towards kids, including crafts, painting, and gardening tutorials. For adults who love all things gardening, sign up for a group-guided tour that covers landscape design, edible plants, and more. Or opt for learning sessions on topics like spices, repotting orchids, and propagating succulents. Check the website ahead of time for epic events, like the Día de los Muertos Celebration and the Night Lights in the Garden. For a bit of equine therapy, consider taking riding lessons or embarking on trail rides at M&H Stables or the Florida Everglades Equestrian Center in Bonita Springs. West Coast Blessed Ranch, a nonprofit organization, offers trail rides. Afterward, you can spend time with the rabbits, llamas, pigs, and goats on the farm. If you’re looking for something unique, give axe throwing at The Axe Lodge a try. Enjoy a beer from one of their 12 taps or select a wine. They also allow patrons to bring their own food. No trip to Naples is complete without a visit to Big Cypress National Preserve. With 40 miles of trails and campgrounds available, you might even be tempted to extend your stay. In the mornings and evenings, keep an ear out for the

calls of barred owls. It’s also common to spot otters, wild turkeys, woodpeckers, and bluebirds. Another must-visit is the Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary, where a 2.25-mile-long boardwalk takes you through breathtaking wetlands, all under the canopy of towering cypress trees. Be on the lookout for white-tailed deer that often roam this serene area. This sanctuary is also one of the few places in the country where you might catch a glimpse of the elusive ghost orchid in bloom. To increase your chances of spotting this rare plant, consider joining a ranger-led hike. At Collier-Seminole State Park, the expansive mangroves steal the show, and rightfully so, as this park boasts one of the largest mangrove swamps globally. The Royal Palm Hammock Nature Trail introduces you to pond apple trees, giant leather ferns, and various nesting birds. Meanwhile, both the Strange Swamp Trail and the Flatwoods Trail are adorned with wildflowers, cypress trees, and pine islands, which serve as ideal habitats for local wildlife. Naples truly shines as a destination for sun- and fun-filled adventures. So, get out there and soak up some vitamin D on terra firma!

S P I N YO U R W H E E L S Explore Naples via bike or Segway and take in the scenic landscapes. By Sarah Sekula With consistently beautiful weather year-round, Naples makes for an excellent place to explore on two wheels. And with 30 miles of trails, the hardest part is simply choosing which trails to take. The best part is, at Naples Grande Beach Resort, guests may rent bikes at no additional cost. Bike your way near the resort and then check out trails around the city. The Gordon River Greenway route, for example, is a 2.5-mile trail that takes you through mangroves forests and past waterways. Keep an eye out for green herons, red-bellied turtles, and otters along the way. Park your bike for a bit and explore on foot; the park is 140 acres worth of Old Florida wilderness. Or consider a leisurely ride from the Naples Pier to Third Street South. Cruise by art galleries, boutiques, and restaurants — and treat yourself to a gelato while you’re at it. For a scenic route that includes views of the Gulf of Mexico, take Vanderbilt Beach to Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park. Bring your beach towel and see how many beautiful beaches you can experience along the way.

Jorge Ramirez, J. Kevin Foltz

For a different type of bike ride (that kids will especially appreciate), rent bikes at Naples Zoo at Caribbean Gardens and pedal past cheetahs, tigers, and lemurs. You’ll also be surrounded by tropical gardens founded in 1919. Score more wildlife sightings on two wheels at Rookery Bay Reserve at the northern end of the Ten Thousand Islands. The trails are ideal for bird-watching — osprey, pelicans, woodpeckers, and spoonbills, to name a few — and there’s even a bird festival each January. Don’t forget Naples Preserve, a network of trails with lots of shade from the towering pines and oak hammocks. If you have more time on your hands, The Loop, a 15mile trail winding through the heart of Naples, is a fun way to get to know the city’s neighborhoods, parks, and historic spots.

Another way to get to know the area is by signing up for a Segway tour with Segway & Trike Tours of Naples, which is usually offered four times daily. Along the way, you’ll learn the history of Old Naples via a Bluetooth headset and make sightseeing stops along the waterfront, Crayton Cove, and the City Dock, as well as 12th Avenue South and Cambier Park

Everglades National Park spans 1.5 million acres and is one of the nation’s largest national parks. With a fragile ecosystem containing one of North America’s most impressive stands of sawgrass prairie land and the largest protected mangrove forest in the northern hemisphere, it’s on many travelers’ bucket lists. If you are looking for a unique way to experience this gorgeous park, along with some serious bragging rights, a swamp walk tour should do the trick. It’s exactly what it sounds like: wading through thigh-deep water with a walking stick in search of ghost orchids, cypress trees, and duckweed.

It’s quite peaceful. Just ask Allyson Gantt, chief of communications and public affairs at Everglades National Park. She says it’s always surprisingly cool as you step into the water. There’s nothing like traipsing through the cypress domes, where the soil changes to a darker brown and the trees are adorned with bromeliads. Here, it’s not uncommon to spot lizards, spiders, and whirligig beetles. Maybe crayfish and dragonfly nymphs, too. According to Gantt, the dome has a cathedral-like effect that is magical for outdoorsy adults and kids. It’s also a very cool way to get to know the natural, authentic Florida. Retired Naples photographer Peggy Warren, who has visited the Everglades many times, says there’s nothing quite like it. “Where we found the ghost

The gallery and gift shop are a great stop to consider. But if you want a thrilling and unique adventure, sign up for one of their guided eco-swamp tours through Big Cypress National Preserve. The private tours take guests on two-hour swamp walks and teach about the flora and fauna. It’s best to wear long sleeves, long pants, shoes that can get dirty, a hat, and sunglasses. If you are a shutterbug, opt for a three-hour photo safari tour. Remember, it’s never a good idea to attempt a swamp walk alone, as it’s very easy to get lost.

BU RGER B LISS Let’s reimagine this classic staple by taking a tour of Naples’ signature burgers. The burger: quintessentially All-American yet remarkably versatile to fit any culinary mold; seemingly casual and easy-to-hold yet now an icon of gourmet elegance. But who has the best burger in Naples? At the heart of Naples Grande Beach Resort, The Catch of the Pelican restaurant redefines the burger. Here, chefs artfully combine ground wagyu beef with short ribs, creating a burst of flavor that’s truly unparalleled. This masterpiece is garnished with onions marinated in Worcestershire sauce, sumptuous bone marrow butter, and creamy brie cheese melting over every bite. Meanwhile, Mantra Lobby Lounge, Rhode’s End Beach Grille, and Gulf Coast Oasis poolside restaurant all pay homage to tradition with the Grande Burger, elegantly adorned with LTOP (lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickle) and a selection of cheeses.

Over at Alexander’s Garden Restaurant, diners can elevate their burger experience by adding sumptuous foie gras. On special occasions, the Bohemian Restaurant in Bonita Springs graces its burger with a sprinkle of summer truffle. For those seeking a French flair, The French Brasserie Rustique introduces a compelling combination of Nueske’s bacon, red onion marmalade, and Emmenthal cheese.

However, the crown indisputably goes to Brooks Burgers for a whirlwind of burger variations. Born in Naples and boasting three in-town locations, it reigns supreme with an endless array of combinations — think avocado to peanut butter and bacon — and not forgetting its signature donut burger. Jimmy P’s Charred, an extension of a renowned butcher shop, showcases a daily wagyu craft burger and five imaginative takes on the classic. Lastly, the Lake Park Diner in both Naples and Bonita Springs, with its healthy and gourmet spins, features unique options such as bison or turkey, raclette cheese, and guacamole. Naples’ burger scene is a culinary playground, a testament to creativity, and a celebration of flavors. Dive in and savor every bite.

Venturing beyond the resort, our journey zeroes in on burger establishments renowned for their patty craftsmanship, unique toppings, and inventive offerings. Baleen Naples presents a moist patty derived from ground short ribs and brisket. Gourmet fans will affirm: Wagyu beef now reigns supreme. At Sea Salt Naples, the wagyu burger is artfully enhanced with surprising toppings like pimento cheese, bourbon barbecue sauce, and crispy onions. Its sibling, Dorona Italian Steakhouse, crowns its dry-aged beef burger with soppressata (Italian dry salami), a perfectly fried egg, caramelized onions, and a delectable bourbon sauce.

A C U L I N A RY L E GA C Y Explore the enduring gastronomic journey of a Naples luminary who has tantalized taste buds and set a golden standard in the local dining scene for over half a century. By Caroline Ridgway Tony Ridgway has always known he wanted to work with food. His comprehensive cookbook, Kitchen Privileges, includes several chapters devoted to Ridgway’s upbringing, early career, and philosophies about cooking. He writes about what it was like to grow up in rural Chester County, Pennsylvania. There were gardens galore, and everyone ate together and from the land. He was only 27 in 1971 when he began his restaurant career in Naples, purchasing a small café in Old Naples off Third Street South called the Wurst Place. Longtime Neapolitans will remember how his influence truly took off with The Chef’s Garden and Truffles Café. In the last 52 years, Ridgway has owned and operated many restaurants and a full-service catering business. He and co-owner Sukie Honeycutt are the current proprietors of Bayside Seafood Grill & Bar, Sukie’s Wine Shop, Ridgway Bar & Grill, and Tony’s Off Third. Bayside and Ridgway are locally loved must-visit restaurants open daily for lunch and dinner. Sukie’s Wine Shop is a boutique wine store that shares a location with Bayside and includes a fabulous private dining space along with its own dedicated bar and terrace dining. Tony’s Off Third, in Old Naples next door to Ridgway Bar & Grill, hits the trifecta as a scratch bakery, pastry, coffee, and wine shop located just off stylish and historic Third Street South. At this stage of his career, far from slowing down, Ridgway is just as committed as ever. He works closely with his incredible chefs and bakers at Bayside, Ridgway, and Tony’s Off Third. The same passions that drew him to restaurants all those years ago — the love of preparing food for others and sharing a meal — keep him motivated. He also applauds his dedicated team, including people like Chef Abel Gonzalez at Bayside, who have worked alongside Ridgway for decades. Ridgway considers himself lucky to be in business in Naples. He and Honeycutt have operated Bayside in The Village Shops on Venetian Bay since it opened in 1990. And, at the end of the day, there’s nowhere they’d rather be.

P R E S E R V I N G T H E PA S T, C E L E B R AT I N G T H E P R E S E N T Join us on a tour of Naples’ cultural and historical gems, where history meets artistry.

By Vanessa Molina Santamaria Naples is more than just a city; it’s a living canvas of history and culture. Nestled within its heart are timeless landmarks, echoing tales from epochs gone by. Whether it’s theaters resonating with applause from countless performances or iconic structures symbolizing the city’s artistic spirit, Naples stands proud with a rich tapestry that intertwines its past and present. So, come along as we wander its storied streets, and let every brick and artwork whisper tales of a legacy painted with dedication and artistry. 1. Since 1953, The Naples Players, a renowned community theater run entirely by committed volunteers, has reimagined classics like Pride and Prejudice and A Christmas Carol. As one of America’s oldest community stages, attending a performance immerses you in a rich ambience, where you can palpably feel the bond of a close-knit artistic community. 2. Artis—Naples: Founded in 1989, Artis—Naples stands as a beacon of cultural fusion, intertwining art, music, and history. This cornerstone of Naples’ artistic realm hosts both the Naples Philharmonic and The Baker Museum. Whether you’re in the mood for a classical concert or a stroll through galleries showcasing modern and contemporary masterpieces, this is the place to be. Don’t forget to visit their website for tickets to popular events that tend to fill up quickly.

3. The Norris Center: Established in honor of philanthropists Lester and Dellora Norris, this community center has deep roots in Naples. The Norris legacy includes protecting Keewaydin Island from development in 1945 and contributing generously to Naples’ reconstruction after the devastation of Hurricane Donna in 1960. Today, it’s a bustling venue for community events, sports, and gatherings. Take an art class, a music lesson, or watch local stage productions under one roof. 4. Naples Depot Museum: All aboard! Step back in time with the Naples Depot Museum. Established in 1976, it celebrates the golden era of railroading. Discover the evolution of Naples from a tranquil fishing village to the bustling tourist hotspot it is today — all through the lens of trains and transportation.

5. Palm Cottage: Built in 1895, this charming historic house museum stands as the oldest home in Naples. Wander through its rooms to experience a snapshot of life from the turn of the century, offering visitors an intimate view of the city’s bygone era. 6. Naples Palm River District and Naples Historic District: Walk the streets and avenues of these districts to be enveloped by Naples’ historic charm. Make a stop at the Keewaydin Club, an iconic structure from the 1930s that shows the laid-back attitude of early Naples. Don’t miss the captivating array of mid-20th-century edifices on Third Street South, where Mediterranean Revival meets Neoclassical elegance. These architectural gems, interspersed with charming boutiques and delightful eateries, vividly depict Naples’ rich evolution and enduring legacy.

Naples is steeped in history, and the Naples Museum of Military History is a testament to that. This museum isn’t just about wars and battles; it’s about the real people, their stories, and the sacrifices they made. The museum paints a vivid picture of our past, from worldwide conflicts to local skirmishes. It’s a place to learn, remember, and reflect. When you think of art, transportation might not immediately spring to mind. However, the Naples Depot Museum turns that idea on its head. It’s a salute to the heyday of trains and transport, taking visitors on a nostalgic trip down memory lane. Through its captivating exhibits, the museum sheds light on Naples’ transformation from a sleepy town to the vibrant city we see today. If you’re passionate about diving into Naples’ art scene, you shouldn’t miss the Naples Art Association’s Von Liebig Art Center. More than just a gallery and museum, it’s a pulsating heart

If you could peg fitness-oriented vacationers into two categories, there are those who relish being away from work-like environments where someone is telling them what they should do. Then there are those who require the structure, leadership, and socialization of trained personnel to keep them on track when the beach, that burger, or the bar is calling. Self-doers versus let’s-goers. The good news is that Naples Grande Beach Resort has facilities and programs for every type of visitor looking to build a little health into their routine. The “self-doer” can wake up to the call of the great outdoors and a healthy dose of vitamin D in its purest, easiest-to-swallow form: sunshine. Head to the resort’s boardwalk, which takes you to the beach. Walk, run, or just commune with nature along the mangroves and estuary waters. Soak up the morning sun on the beach as you continue your journey. Stretch, bust some tai chi moves, or just sit quietly, lulled by the Gulf of Mexico waves. Back at the spa, meditate along the outdoor circular labyrinth. Follow that with a feel-good breakfast at Aura in the resort’s lobby, where you can choose from avocado toast, an egg white omelet, or an acai Greek yogurt bowl.

B E YO N D T H E S PA Discover mindfulness in nature, where the healing powers of the wild awaken a deeper connection to yourself and your surroundings. By Chelle Koster Walton Nature heals. Physicians and medical researchers have been telling us that for years. Spending time outdoors improves both physical and mental illnesses, especially when spent with reflection. Mindfulness in nature has embraced a multitude of new terminologies: mindfulness trails, slow birding, beach meditation, forest bathing, and wildlife yoga. Beyond buzzwords, this new nature-focused mindfulness can help heal what ails us in our busy, digitally driven world.

From left: Dennis Goodman, kapulya/iStock by Getty Images

Teach yourself to slow down, absorb the benefits of being outdoors, and take advantage of offerings throughout the Naples area to help you relax and de-stress while observing the natural resources this region boasts. Begin your self-guided nature healing with a leisurely stroll down Naples Grande Beach Resort’s estuary boardwalk to the beach. Breathe deep as you walk. Take the time to stop and observe the minutiae of natural miracles, from the sound of breezes rustling mangrove leaves to the sight of a white ibis poking in the earth for breakfast. Use all your senses. Close your eyes to hear, smell, and even taste the wonder of the estuary, where saltwater and freshwater comingle. The resort also currently offers regular and Vinyasa yoga classes in its spa. Watch for more offerings during the high season. Close to the resort, Naples Beach Yoga offers invigorating sessions near the pier every Wednesday morning, while Wonder Gardens in Bonita Springs holds yoga classes among the flamingos and peacocks. Travel to Southwest Florida’s natural treasures to explore further. J.N. “Ding” Darling National Wildlife Refuge on Sanibel Island created the region’s first Mindfulness Trail at its Bailey Tract three years ago. Here, signs guide you with QR code links to meditative podcasts. Refuge staff also incorporates slow birding, where the goal is not to

spot as many birds as possible but to closely observe a few on free, seasonal refuge tours. To the south, Rookery Bay takes you into the backwaters by kayak for quiet meditation and offers seasonal forest bathing programs. Guided swamp walks at Fakahatchee Strand State Preserve submerge your body in nature. Everglades National Park and Big Cypress National Preserve provide endless acreage for secluded, immersive meditation, where being in the moment brings utmost peace and centering.

Serene white-sand beaches, turquoise waters, lush vegetation, and the balmy breezes of the Gulf of Mexico all come together in Naples, creating an idyllic setting that embodies the essence of vacation dreams. Coupled with its inimitable array of cultural institutions, luxury shopping, fine dining, recreational activities galore, top-ranked educational offerings, and beyond, it’s little wonder why, year after year, U.S. News & World Report ranks this city as one of the best places to live in Florida. For well-heeled homebuyers, finding a residence in Naples that encapsulates the sheer exquisiteness of the area is a must, especially with coveted access to the Gulf of Mexico, Vanderbilt Beach, and Naples’ famed estuary, as well as neighborhood hot spots and treasured local venues. A new icon has emerged along the coast in response to that demand: The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Naples. Developed by the award-winning Naples-based luxury

home builder Stock Development — a family-owned community pillar — and overseen by its high-end condominium division, Stock Residences, the stateof-the-art project is The Ritz-Carlton’s first residential development in Naples and is already poised to be one of the most sought after in the world. Slated for delivery in 2026 and comprising a collection of 128 beautifully appointed estate-like residences, the transformative, ultra-high-end project — well-sited at the intersection of Vanderbilt Beach Road and Gulf Shore Drive — will be flanked by Vanderbilt Beach and the Gulf of Mexico to the west and Vanderbilt Lagoon to the north, giving owners unprecedented access to a myriad of hightouch services and amenities managed by The Ritz-Carlton. “The Ritz-Carlton does not cut corners on its offerings, so we knew that we would be getting the best of the best by living here,” said Steve Hagenbuckle, a Naples resident who purchased two condominium units at the project. “When sales officially launched at the start of 2023, we did not hesitate. My wife, Maria, and I were among the very first buyers to reserve units, taking advantage of an opportunity

matter, Southwest Florida. Key influences are Mediterranean villas (reminiscent of Europe’s seaside towns, like Naples, Italy, of course); the estuary, which is something that makes Naples tremendously unique; and the coastal lifestyle — the relationship between sea and sun. As a design firm, we always develop one-of-akind concepts for each project; and that holds overwhelmingly true here.” Three-, four-, and five-bedroom residences, penthouses, and grand penthouses will have expansive terraces, contemporary Europeanstyle kitchens and baths, Cambria quartz countertops, 10- to 12-foot ceilings, Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, porcelain and wood floors, and private elevator entrances.

watching our Naples market with great excitement, and this signature community will be no exception.”

Sales activity at The Residences has been booming, with buyers seeking features that cater to every comfort and convenience. Amenities within the verdant, six-acre property will be jaw-dropping, from a full-service marina, private restaurant, and private full-service spa to the 28,000-square-foot Vanderbilt Club, rooftop lounges, resort-style pools with cabana suites and fire pits, a sprawling fitness center, plush theater, kids’ and teen rooms, and more. The units, which start at 3,000 square feet, will be spread throughout five boutique-style buildings, each with water views.

Designed by architectural authorities Curts Gaines Hall Jones (CGHJ) Architects, the project features landscaping by Booth Design Group and thoughtfully curated spaces by renowned interior architect Cristian Pinedo, founder of SUSURRUS. Embracing the sublime surroundings, Pinedo’s timeless artistry is rooted in the sheer beauty of Naples and this highly desirable waterfront paradise.

“This is a jewel in the crown of the Stock Residences portfolio,” said Brian Stock, CEO of Stock Development. “The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Naples, is a legacy project — a branded residence with unparalleled amenities and services. We know the world has been

“From a global perspective, the vision has been to capture the essence of Naples,” said Pinedo, whose lauded portfolio of work includes The Ritz-Carlton New York, NoMad, and the Four Seasons Hotel Kyoto in Japan. “I wanted to take that unmatched character and raw beauty, put it into a box, shake it up, and present it as a final design. Everyone who visits this project will experience the splendor that is so quintessentially Naples — and, for that

“There is an unmatched number of five-star amenities at this development,” Pinedo continued. “I don’t know of many properties offering the number of public spaces that this one will. The size of the amenities is also very remarkable. The way Stock has crafted every detail of The RitzCarlton Residences, Naples, is unbelievable. They wanted the best of the best: the best designs, finishes, lighting, and amenity offerings.” The project’s sales gallery is receiving guests for personalized previews. Located at 2355 Vanderbilt Beach Rd., Suite 106, the elegant venue gives prospective buyers a tangible visualization of how life in this extravagant offering will look and feel, complete with the outstanding service owners will enjoy. Spaces throughout the gallery represent living areas in the residences, including a model kitchen. Interested buyers can call 239-249-6260 to schedule a showing or visit www.rcrnaples.com.

that simply could not be missed: owning a piece of a legendary property in the heart of one of Naples’ most treasured beachside communities.”

In addition to the Vanderbilt Club, which will have a Grand Owner’s atrium and lobby lounge, business center, and coffee lounge, additional noteworthy features include a private park with walking trails, a putting green, covered pavilions, and a club lounge with a golf simulator.

Picture-Perfect Living in Naples is About to Become Legendary. When everything you love to do and all that you enjoy are always right at your fingertips, life goes from comfortable to simply incomparable. It might be days basking in warm breezes on Vanderbilt Beach, or cooling off by an ocean-view pool. Perhaps it’s an evening of dining and games with friends. It could be an energizing fitness class, a Spa treatment, practicing your golf drive, boating on the Gulf of Mexico... or it could be all of these plus the thoughtful service of The Ritz-Carlton. In 2023, Stock Residences, the company’s high-rise division, released The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Naples, and sold over 50 percent of the project in the first nine months. This remarkable project is in the last best piece of property in all of Naples, and the response has been overwhelming. Stock gives buyers unparalleled choices from their luxury homebuilding division. The company continues to expand its reach in Southwest Florida with furnished models in communities and neighborhoods from Marco Island north to Bradenton.
