The
transform programme
leadership In partnership with Olivier Mythodrama. Originally developed by theatre director Richard Olivier at Cranfield School of Management, Mythodrama uses drama-based techniques to develop authentic leaders - by teaching individuals to act with integrity, tell a compelling story and release the full potential of those around them. Using great leadership stories from Shakespeare, and intellectually robust models from organisational practice, transformational experiences are delivered in the safe environment of a rehearsal room.
Olivier Mythodrama’s clients include Aviva, BP, Deloitte and Harvard Business School
