In Austria alone, NOVOMATIC has around 3,000 employees of over 60 different nationalities – a diversity that the Group actively promotes and about which the company has also been narrating on social media platforms and in print media since the beginning of November 2021 under the motto ‘We are NOVOMATIC’.

Whether ‘discoverer’, ‘trailblazer’ or ‘achiever’ – the great diversity of people and professions in the international group with 32 research and development centres and 15 production sites is presented with collages of photos of employees at the headquarters in Gumpoldskirchen, Austria, as well as with personal interviews. In these, the protagonists give a personal insight into their work as well as the diverse professional fields in the group, such as research, development, logistics and production, and reveal what excites them about NOVOMATIC. It is this enthusiasm that is ultimately reflected in the diverse products and services that are in demand from international customers in over 90 countries. NOVOMATIC offers 13 apprenticeships for training. Hence, within the framework of ‘We are NOVOMATIC’, also the company’s junior staff are showcased. ‘We are NOVOMATIC’ makes both the togetherness lived throughout the group and the unique sense of community tangible. This is vividly expressed in the energetic teaser film starring the company’s employees. The film scenes were shot over the course of two days at various locations at the headquarters and in its immediate surroundings, such as the surrounding vineyards. The film gets to the heart of the fact that challenges can only be mastered as a team.
