Having achieved an Ofsted Outstanding grade in all areas last December (2023), Brampton Primary School is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable individual to join our team as Lunchtime Supervisor on a 8.75 hours contract per week from 11.45am to 1.30pm, Monday to Friday. As a Lunchtime Supervisor, you'll hold a pivotal role in ensuring the safety, well-being, and positive lunchtime experience of our students.
Key elements of the role include devising and initiating constructive play opportunities, engaging students in enjoyable and enriching activities, and setting behaviour standards aligned with school policies. Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in helping children acquire social skills and supervising them during lunchtimes, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Your responsibilities will extend to assisting pupils, including the return of used plates, trays, cutlery, and beakers, and contributing to the cleaning of tables once lunchtime is concluded.
