Urban development that includes a 400m high mixed-use tower, a shopping mall, and a mosque. The tower offers an innovative concept: an atrium along the whole tower that brings lots of light to the interiors. The spa is placed at the top and becomes a singular object crowning the building.
From Concept to Detail Design
In this project I’ve worked on a wide range of programs. I was involved in the early design stages of the retail building, spa, 400m high tower and mosque. Later on, I worked on the Masterplan, Podium of the Tower and Cladding of the Spa from Concept stage through to Detail Design.
