New denser settlement as an extension of the city. Organized in a grid structure of courtyards and open fields for suburban farming and with a well defined hierarchy of roads and paths integrated in the grid. It creates the conditions for a futureproof and sustainable neighbourhood.

• Dwelling typologies definition and design.

• Positioning of the different typologies in order to create a mix of population groups and housing types within walking distance of a combination of land uses to meet their needs.

• Definition of the different farming areas.
