Julian is founding Managing Director of New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty having secured the Sotheby’s International Realty master franchise for New Zealand in 2005. Since then, the company has grown from its base in Queenstown to 29 offices throughout New Zealand to cater for the mid to high end residential real estate market. During his 20 year real estate career Julian has been involved in the sales and marketing of multiple large scale projects throughout New Zealand.

Mark moved to New Zealand from Sydney in 2002 and is co-founder and Managing Director of NZSIR. Mark has 15 years of premium property experience having set New Zealand residential sales records and regional Queenstown residential house, apartment and Luxury Lodge records. Mark has a reputation for a discreet, sincere and professional business approach with a dedication to achieving premium results for his clients. With a corporate background in Sydney, Mark has a great understanding of the differing needs and rules and regulations of international purchasers looking to invest in New Zealand.

With a strong background in commercial real estate, project marketing and property development, Myles has worked on some of Australasia’s largest development projects and gained valuable real estate and marketing experience working for internationally renowned property companies in both Auckland and Sydney. Myles is a Licensed Agent and has a B.COM VPM from Lincoln University.
