Lao and Asean to boost furniture product development (23/6/2016) The Lao Furniture Association (LFA) and the Asean Furniture Industries Council (AFIC) will boost their cooperation in furniture and wood products development to attract more buyers and enter the international market.

Lao, Japanese foreign ministers to meet in Vientiane today (4/5/2016) Lao Minister of Foreign Affairs Saleumxay Kommasith will meet his Japanese counterpart in Vientiane today to promote relations and cooperation between the two countries. China says door for dialogue with Philippines always open (9/5/2016) China said on Thursday the door for dialogue with the Philippines on the South China Sea is always open, refuting the country's argument that bilateral dialogue has come to an end. Japan, China may revive high-level economic talks possibly this summer (10/5/2016) Japan and China are considering holding a ministerial-level economic meeting as early as this summer in Tokyo as part of efforts to improve bilateral relations, a government source said Monday.
