Ochil Foods started out in 1953 supplying produce to local hotels from its farm near Dunning and has since grown into a third generation foodservice business, supplying quality Scottish food and drink throughout Scotland.

The company prides itself on its passion for telling Scotland’s food and drink story and now offers more than 800 artisan products such as Isle of Skye Shellfish, Highland Venison and Perthshire Soft Fruits as well as Katy Rodgers Dairy, Cullisse Highland Rapeseed Oil and many more. It boasts a number of Scotland’s top chefs as some of its loyal customers including Tom Lewis, Andrew Fairlie and Michael Smith who all credit the company for its commitment to provenance and top Scottish produce. Sales and marketing director Jeremy Dixon joined the business in 2009 and is responsible for realigning the business around local and seasonal produce. He said: “Scotland Food & Drink have been a great resource for us. They put us in touch with potential buyers and provide us with information about business opportunities and industry events we should attend. “One of the 2014 events we participated in was the Hampden Supplier Day. This proved extremely productive for us as we met with largescale catering companies like Mecco and were able to highlight the vast range of Scottish produce we offer. “Following the event we exchanged emails
and calls with the team at Mecco and secured a contract to deliver a range of Scottish wares to The 2014 Ryder Cup . The tournament was huge for us. We provided a range of produce including Great Glen Charcuterie and
